No other customers were ever there on weeknights, so it seemed like a good way for High Caliber to get more use out of their karts during slow days. Add on a lackadaisical "hockey director" that shows nothing but contempt for players and can't even be bothered to write up a league schedule, and you'll be pulling your hair out by the end of the first game (if you can figure out when it is). Obviously Suburban Ice is more than willing to take your money, but, prepared to be completely ignored after you sign over the check. The one bright spot is the front office/maintenance staff. The arena is generally clean, the zamboni is fairly quick, given the ice he has to work with, and the ladies behind the front desk are typically very courteous and helpful.

I love the concessions they offer as well as the restaurant quality food they bring to your seats for an unbeatable price! The seats are also some of the most comfortable theater seats you can get, I love when I end up in the auditorium with the heated seats!!!
