I went there for the first time with a group of friends. Ambient looked a little down. No music on the waiting area or anything. Inside the escape room, the setting was really nice, but unfortunately the experience is hindered by the annoying hand-holding of the game master We were given clues non-stop during the game even without asking for them. I even called using the buzzer asking to please stop with the clues because it was ruining the experience of completing the challenge. Despite our efforts, the game master continued solving almost everything for us. Over all the setting is nice, but if you are actually interested in the thrill of solving puzzles, you will leave with a bittersweet taste after paying 38$ + drinks for being given the solution to 80%-85% of the puzzles. Might give it another chance someday, but it is unlikely it would be in the near future. read more

Tried the escape room for the first time Crystal and our host I think his name was Eloy did great. Eloy helped out out a lot with our clues. We decided to try the Escape room last minute with no reservation they only had the hardest room available but I'm glad we did it we had so much fun. Let me start with saying that my boyfriend, my mom and I just did our first escape room at a separate place about 6 hours before this one, which we had so much fun at that we decided to book this one last minute! However, we were sorely disappointed by this experience. Within the 1st 10 minutes my boyfriend "broke" the door to the final solution, and the person monitoring our experience came in to tell us that we had solved the game accidentally. They would not allow us to switch to a different game, even though we already knew the solution to our game in the first 10 minutes. We finished our game and completed with 15 minutes to spare. We had high expectations after our first experience today and were left disappointed after this experience which was also more costly. read more

Fun date night! We were walking by and spontaneously decided to give it a try. This was my first time participating in an escape room. We had Myra as our Host, who was VERY helpful in giving hints in a timely manner. She also did a fantastic job explaining how it works and the overall objective. We did the Cod3 room which was NOT too easy for just the two of us but overall really enjoyed the challenge. Would love to return with a few more friends. Not to mention we were able to get a bottle of wine to share which came with souvenir to-go cups that had snap open and close lids. Definitely check it out! read more

We had an absolute blast. These are very well-done rooms. We've done 75+, and the two we did here were very challenging. The puzzle master was so helpful and quick at delivering hints if needed. The staff is great and attentive and you can even take your drink into the room with you. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary to do near downtown Dallas give it a shot. So happy this is open during COVID!!! What a fun date night. 1.5 hours of strategy and clues. Staff was super helpful in picking which room to try, and which level is next up. Plus they were prompt in given hints (when we got stuck and needed the extra push). Cleanly rooms. Enjoyable experience. And a solid wine and beer selection. We did the C0D3 which is a 7.5/10 and failed. Definitely over thought the process but we had a blast nonetheless! Will be back, for sure. read more

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the rooms were so creative and challenging. Specific shoutout for Ely and Crystal, two amazing faculty members who were so helpful and interactive. we are really upset about our experience we arrived 4 minutes late because of an ambulance blocking our way and called to ask if it would affect our booking. We were told no that We had a grace period. My sister being paranoid asked if it would affect our time and was reinsured it wasn't that they had choice and we had a grace period: we started our game and it started at 48 minutes instead of 60 after we were reinsured it would not affect us. We even asked about clues affecting us and were told Not until after 3 were used. we were rattled from the start knowing we had 48 minutes instead of 60. I asked why when it ended and they said it was because we arrived 30 minutes late. We didn't we arrived 4 minutes late after calling and being told not to worry. Then, they took their time taking us to the room after reinsuring us We were fine. Just such a horrible experience all around. So unproffesional. next time just be transparent and say If you are late you are late instead of wasting someone's time: when the game ended the person we asked said he was instructed to deduct the 12 minutes when we asked by who he pointed out the female who had reinsured us we were fine so unfortunate read more
