I don't know what the industry average rate is for this kind of service, but we were able to negotiate lower than his standard rate...although we had to press him a little. I wanted to save money and just do it myself, but the penalty for doing it wrong just seemed too high. Since he is an expert, he was able to give us valuable tips here and there that we would have NEVER thought of, that could certainly mark failure otherwise. We finished the several month long process and we are quite happy with his services.
