After I sent them records requested by the attorney so they could decide whether to take on my case, they took 10 days to review them and to tell me they couldn't take on my case partially because I had "returned to work". I quickly responded to their email to make sure they understood. I had only returned at 10 hours a week (formerly full-time 40 hours) and wasn't sure I'd be able to work much longer. I asked if that changed their assessment and if not. if they could recommend other firms. They didn't respond. I followed up twice more via email and also asked for the free e-book they promised in promotional emails. I still have not received a response over a month later.

After our discussion, I felt that she was too expensive highest from all I spoke to for just filling two forms in CEAC and felt really ripped off. I requested her to send me data via email which she never did. I just got a email in the evening from her that she cannot process my petition. This law office was too expensive and just pressuring me to change the star rating. Well she can claim any amount she likes to charge but any one with some IQ will not retain her too expensive.
