I felt their prices we way out of line and wanted to confirm with his boss. I was told he was on a job and wouldn't talk to me. I told him to stop work. I felt his prices were out of line and that diagnostic fee is a trap for those who know that they are being ripped-off. And to top it all off, the Tech did not even close the outlet box properly! We had a small job - installing a 220-volt outlet in our garage - but they treated it like the most important project in their portfolio. During the estimate visit, Jose was on time and spent more than half an hour examining our indoor and outdoor electrical panels, photographing the install area, and even inspecting our air conditioner to confirm how much electricity it was already drawing. We received a detailed written estimate the same day, including permit fees. This was quite a contrast to another well-reviewed company which complained that I even wanted to follow the law by obtaining permits and ultimately refused to do the work unless we agreed to skip the permits. On the day of the installation, Jose was again on time, reconfirmed every detail of the job, and completed it timely. He came back a few days later to meet the inspector, and after some feedback, did some additional work the same day to make the install even safer for us.
