These guys came out in June to reprogrammed a key for my 2008 Mercedes C300 which included a emulator because the key was no longer responding to the ignition switch but in the process they screw up my Steering Column control switch so I can no longer drive the car because the steering wheel keeps locking and making a loud clicking noise. Prior to them coming out the key was the only issue. Not sure if this guy was the Owner but his resolution was to just take his equipment back off the car and leave me with the original issue again and the new one he just cause. I have sent them a lot of business and the past and can't believe this is how they handle the business. The car is not sitting in my garage . They destroyed this car which will cost me over $1000 @ the Mercedes dealership to properly fix. read more

This company is a joke. Top to bottom. I sat on the side of the road the last 15 hours because their employees couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. AAA uses them as their primary locksmith. They were supposed to call me 5 separate times. It took the AAA representative telling me they're probably not going to come after paging them 4 times. I understand 2am. We called at 8 o clock at night and got no form of anything from them. Made sure I got this companies name. Never use them, ever. Need new management and employees as a whole.
