Going in a group setting is the best since you all can goof around while doing it. Do being spare clothes and shoes. Also bring shoes you are willing to throw away or put in there donation bin. The showers aren't bad. Free is cold but it feels good in my opinion. The last time I went if you payed you got a warm shower. They also do a kid one for younger kids so they can join in.

It might seem basic, but I like it more than other places around. The staff let's you pick the music and your teams. The arena is fun with little hide spots and ways to sneak around. We had a couple technical issues and the staff fixed them quickly and just threw some more time on to make up for it. Will definitely be coming back!
