It was fun, challenging, and interactive. It is great for families or for a date night.

SOOO MUCH FUN!! we definitely want to come back but this time with more than just the two of us. I found this place because I was visiting my sister in Provo and wanted to do something fun and everyone loved it. She wants to bring all her friends here now! It was a bit confusing finding the place, but eventually got inside and realized that it shares space with the trampoline building. All the staff are high school and college kids and they seem like they're there just to have fun. No one acknowledged us until we were right in their faces and they seemed unorganized. A 2 hour time slot is $25, whereas an all day pass is $35. However, there's no staff members walking around monitoring the 2 hour time slots. I'm guessing they rely on the honor system or don't really care how long you stay. Y'all, the labyrinth is so much fun! There's about 15 themed rooms ranging from different percentages of physical and mental ability you will need to use. The staff member will walk you through one room first and how it all works and then you're on your own. Each room has a small description plaque on the outside of the room describing a small piece of what you're getting yourself into. Once you enter, there is nothing but you're mind and strength to help you. Every game has about 3 or 4 other mini games and rooms to complete so really theres like 50 games in this place. These reality games are particularly fun because they are geared more towards adults. Small children wouldn't be able to complete some of the physical rooms because they aren't tall enough and some of the mental rooms would be too hard to figure out. Man, I wish they had something like this in Colorado.

The guy checking us in said it was his favorite, so we got lucky getting this room so last minute. The staff was so attentive and was ready whenever we needed clues! We also loved how innovative the room was with the different tricks we had to use to figure out the clues! I loved that it wasn't just a bunch of locks but there were some riddles and other things needed to figure out the clues! I would love to come back here and try another room! The lobby is also so cute and great for pictures!

Other escape rooms where saying we had to pay for 4 people minimum even if we didn't have that many people. The staff was very enthusiastic and nice. They explained things completely and made sure we were ready before starting. We tried the mad scientists- "Find the Antidote" room and it was very achievable with only 3 people. As it was happening, the clues seemed hard but then after the fact, it really wasn't that bad. Make sure you are completely doing each lock because I had team members who tried locks and it wouldn't work but when I tried the same thing, it worked for me. They do require masks in the rooms and they sanitize them well after each group.

The only great thing about the place was the lobby and the customer service from the game master. The lobby is well maintained and it made me excited for the room. However, the room had multiple issues. The largest issue was that the AC did not work at all. This ruined the experience because we had to have the main entry door open the entire time so that way some fresh air would come in. Even with this solution, one of us were completely disengaged due to the heat, and everyone else was highly uncomfortable. Not having AC in the summer when it is 106 degrees outside is just no acceptable. Beyond the AC issues, the escape room itself was middle of the road at best. There was no flow and the puzzles were incoherent. One of the locks was left unlocked so we did not solve one of the puzzles. The room was overall cheaply made. For example, they use wall paper on a standard door to make it look like a submarine door, whereas other escape room company's would design a door that looks and feels like a submarine door. There were also 2 other cheap locks on one cabinet that one person easily guessed the combination to. Overall, I would not bring my team back to this escape room company.

This time we come before 8 they told us that we can't book bc there system is down. And we have to book a hour before. Regardless on there website it would Let me book right there and then so why we couldn't book in store makes no sense. Mind you there has never been someone in the front the two times we have came we always have to wait a while for someone to come out the back. I wonder how this buisness is still going as it seems like they don't want to get buisness
