When we took the Jeep to Caliber Collision, an individual named Hal told our insurance company that he didn't believe the damage to the bumbper of the Jeep was caused by the collision! They also missed the fact that the rear crossbar of the frame needed to be replaced! The lack of professionalism, communication and utter incompetence was frustrating. I removed the Jeep from Caliber Collsion and moved it to City Collision, and have to say, it was the best decision I could have made. Scheduled a time to drop it off. They replaced the parts, but now I have drip marks and spots all over the inside of my car. It has been nothing but a hassle.
