They were told they could bring in their own alcohol, sodas and water. However, 4 days before the wedding they were told they couldn't bring water & sodas. The guest have to pay for them their!! The bride didn't want certain decorations, but the people said they weren't moving them!! The day of the reception it was very warm in the building and especially in the VIP room upstairs. I went outside to get my bag that had my change of clothes, phone charger, meds etc... I put 4 half drank bottles of water in my bag. When I entered the building a Hispanic woman approached me and asked me what was in my bag. I started to tell her and she grabbed my bag to look inside!! How rude!! She then said I couldn't bring in my water. I asked why. She told me I had to buy the water. I told her I wasn't buying any water when I have my own. I then took my water back to my car and returned to the building. That Gestopo woman came rushing up to me to look in my bag AGAIN!! I told her that I didn't have any water! I left it in my car. She grabbed my bag and started going through it! I told her "it's my clothes, my panties, my socks, my charger & meds!" She let go and said "It's policy." I walked off and went up stairs. I told the wedding party about her. I was so mad! Around 9:00pm several of us noticed it started getting hot inside. I thought it was me, but I saw other people fanning themselves. We all came to the conclusion that the people of the place turned up the ac. They made it so uncomfortable that people were leaving. The place was rented until 1:00am!! I left after 10:30pm. It was too hot in there for me!! Did you know that this place used to be a strip club? Sure did! LOL!! Don't rent this place out.

Significantly more expensive than other caterers I have used this year. Dour attitude. 17minutes late delivery!! The food was just OK (beef was chewy). I don't know how this guy is still in business. They had a broad selection of chicken entrees as well as a pork dish and chimichurri beef. While I didn't get to sample the entrees beforehand, one my entrees of interest was chosen for our event: pecan crusted chicken with firecracker cream sauce, as well as the chimichurri beef. The chicken was ok, and I couldn't taste the sauce, but the beef was much better. It was cooked medium and had a chimichurri sauce to pour over it that had great flavor! From the array of sides, we had wild rice with cranberries and the vegetable medley. Both were very good; I must say I was pleasantly surprised because those would not have been my first choices for sides. Their assortment included some various potato sides that sounded delicious! Of the desserts we ordered for our event--tres leches and chocolate cake--the chocolate cake was AWESOME! I did not get to try the tres leches, but it looked okay, to be honest. Not much help, I know. We were offered salad and passion fruit tea with our meal and watermelon lemonade and alcohol-free mimosas for the pre-dinner networking. I only tried the lemonade and tea, and they were pretty good. The passion fruit tea was a big hit! Perhaps it's because we were return customers, but Ral's cut our planning committee a good deal. I would hope we use them in the future because they helped make our event a success. In reality, I'd probably give them 3.5 stars because the food didn't completely blow me away (I might have thought differently had I been able to sample the other dishes, though). However, for the quality and the price, I'm rounding up. I would recommend them for your catering needs.

The plan was for him to arrive at 12:30 PM and start cooking at 1:00 PM for 14 guests at $60 per person. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. He arrived at 2:30 PM, a full two hours late. Once he arrived, he was clearly unprepared--he did not bring serving plates, butter, or rice, and actually left our home to go to the grocery store while our guests waited. The food quality was very poor. There was no rice, the noodles were hard and undercooked, and the only item that was reasonably edible was the broccoli. There was also no hibachi-style performance or entertainment, which is the main reason people hire hibachi chefs and pay premium pricing. He gave us some discount at the end and offered free dinner in the future (which I would never feel comfortable booking again), but the damage was already done. This was a milestone family celebration, and the delays, lack of professionalism, and poor food quality completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this service for any important event where timeliness, preparation, and quality matter.

They were refusing to offer more than one beverage choice when we agreed there would be two. They also did not cook or provide the rice alternative that was requested for gluten free guests. I had to bring my own rice. Slide show was a disaster. They were given a file with the folder of the slideshow yet proceeded to show other pictures not in the indicated folder that were distorted, rotated the wrong way and not the selected ones. We had to stop it quickly when guests pointed it out and they could not fix the issue. Very embarrassing to say the least and my daughter was very disappointed her child hood pictures and beautiful slide show was not played. Bartender was rude and messed up our slush machine. We requested non-alcoholic slushes instead of margaritas and brought our own mix. The bartender decided to dump alchohol in all the slushes and this was a 15 yr old party. (they did reimburse us for this but the kids did not get their slushes nor our guests) When we asked the bartender why this happened she would not tell us and reported that we mistreated her by asking?? Parking is located in the back with two empty lots, and off-street parking. Parking is tight, and can be dark as minimal lighting is provided. It's a newer venue so I sure they are improving. This is a great addition to the strip of businesses. Now turn up the music and enjoy yourself. Be responsible and don't drink and drive. Take the rail or Lyft/Uber is a great option.

Now check this out we did more than we should have after the party. My mom cleaned all the bath rooms pulled all the trash we even ran a wet mop over the entire building. All we left was the trash can full of trash because we didn't know we're to take it. My mom wiped down all the furniture as well. I can assure that nothing was out of place. The building had roaches and my mom even put something down for the roaches to help them out. You going to tell me you not refunding me my money because of what? Your venue is clean.
