If you try to cancel your membership, they give you two months to use all your credits or you lose them. (Which again is ridiculous if they keep cancelling appointments). Also, when I called to cancel due to frustrations with trying to get in for a massage, the manager Samantha told me that I "didn't come for several months and that's why I had accrued credits so it was really my fault that I had so many credits to use.
