During my one hour reflexology, Veronica gave me the option of also including my hands and ears. I took her up on that and left feeling amazing! It's the only time I had reflexology and left feeling like I had a deep tissue massage. The foot peel was equally wonderful. I thought it may have me taking most of the 30 minutes soaking my feet but it didn't to my delight. Everything was done while on the massage table. The treatment made my feet feel as soft as I guess they were the day I was born. I'll be going back soon for a warm bamboo massage and warm stone facial. I can't wait! I highly recommend this spa!

I've found most massage therapists don't use the stones much during treatments but Stephanie had a perfect balance during my massage. The hot stones felt great as I went on a day where it was in the single digits outside. I'm not very familiar with Concord but her location was easy to find. She was waiting to greet me right when I arrived. Stephanie has a very warm and inviting personality. She's very knowledgeable and gave me some tips for my problem areas. I love the way the massage room was decorated, very Zen! The crystals and rocks she had placed around the room was a nice touch. I wish she was in Manchester but she's well worth the drive to Concord. I'll be returning to try the massage cupping and "muscle meltdown" she offers. It has been a hard year for eveyone and I decided to treat myself. I was quoted 250 on the phone and ~300 $ in person for what I've wanted, I asked about 4 times if she could get it done, first on the phone, then thought Instagram and twice in person, she said absolutely. Prior to going to this salon I used to go to another one for 4 years, he was a colorist from Milan who achieved amazing results, I never expected the same from this salon, yet I wasn't expected to hate my hair afterwards either. The first time, I left with a very abropt line and yellow hair on one side... I have told the hairdresser, Brittany that I was not happy about the outcome and that's not what I have requested. She said she will fix it for me and blow fry style me next Wednesday since it was so late. Alrighty, i was not mad or anything, since she was fixing her mistake. I payed ~ 350 the first time for yellow hair with an abrupt line without any transition ... The second time I came back she "fixed" it by making me dark grey with a couple of tiger stripes across my head, yet still lack of balayage transition ... The catch is for her inability to do a transition before and leaving me with yellow hair she charged yet another 125 and she never told me this was going to be something I would pay for. She recognized she didn't do the transition infront of me during my first appointment, just stated she would fix it...as in fixing her mistake. I contacted their manager to see if this was just a policy they follow and perhaps we can figure it out. Their manager didn't even bother talking about a refund for the 125 $ I wasn't even supposed to pay because it was the hairdresser'a inability to blend in and diliver what she promised. She just thanked me for feedback... If one says they are to fix their mistakes, and do not tell you it going to cost you anything, do you just assume it? Is the charge authorized ? What else ? I am out about 500$ now, my hair barely touches my shoulder, I also had to buy a shampoo toner so I can tone my hair myself tonight and not have that tiger stripe she left me with maybe until I can get into a normal salon... I have an important event to go to tomorrow which is why I decided to go and get this done. I've been getting balayage done for about 3.5 years now and no one ever butchered my hair like this. I have had yellow like hair before, but never was it uneven, not blent in and always fixed. Thank you Peter's Image for the unauthorized charge, hours of tears and for the need of me booking yet another 500$ session at another salon to fix your mistakes. The manager was also rude and didn't even try to fix this, just said she will take a look at my hair maybe the next time she is in. I needed my hair to not be fixed three times and to just be done the first time, I have two jobs and do not have time to spend in the chair them fixing their mistakes, so I'm definitely not going there again. The second massage was a 60-minute session with a different therapist, but it started nine minutes late and ended five minutes early, which means I only received a 46-minute massage. Although both massages were great, I did not tip either therapist because I did not receive the full-time that I paid for. I noticed that several people on Google reviews have also experienced similar issues, and I believe it's a problem that needs to be addressed.
