Selling products at a MASSIVE mark-up. This company is buying phone parts from a company called Mobilesentrix and is selling them for an absurd mark up. for example a simple part like a loudspeaker for an iPhone 12 pro max is $7.76 on that website but $27:99 on esource parts. An even more absurd example is a sim tray for an iPhone 12 mini. $1.44 on Mobilesentrix. $13.99 on esource parts! why! that's absurd! Ok we understand that you need to make a profit but there's no reason under any circumstance should a simple $1-5 sim tray cost $14 before taxes and shipping! That's absurd! It's like this for every product they sell too. Not just a one-off or select few. And if you ask me how i know they buy their parts and products from that website it's simple. they simply don't bother to remove the proprietary logos/watermark they use on the product images on their website simply found nowhere else thinking that most people will not notice but as a Mobilesentrix customer i instantly noticed this. not only that but they are literally selling ampsentrix branded products/replacement batteries which is a Mobilesentrix exclusive brand owned and operated by Mobilesentrix themselves and you won't find it sold anywhere else. a Samsung S24 ultra battery is $20.99 on the official website. $45.99 on esource parts before any tax and shipping charge! more than double the price! A replacement main flex cable for a Samsung Galaxy A52 ($2-5 dollar part at most) is $2.42 on the official website, $16:99 on esource parts! how does this make sense! Anyone will realize something is wrong once they are made aware of the difference. it isn't like this company is offering free shipping or something like that on whatever part you order whether it's a $3 part of $200 part. If that was the case then it would make sense as shipping costs nowadays is crazy expensive when ordering single items even if it's something very small like a few ribbon cables or a single loudspeaker for an iPhone. but there isn't the case you still have to pay shipping on that website and get this! Mobilesentrix offers a few flat rate shipping options at $5 $10 and $20 depending on how quickly you need your items. Whereas esource parts charges you whatever the shipping company would charge you for a tracked parcel according to the size and weight of the package. Don't expect to be paying anything less then $14 on shipping though even if it's a single ribbon cable. They sell across many different online platforms Ebay, Walmart Best Buy and they have their own website too. And all of which follow this trend of selling the same products at an extreme mark-up. Just something to beware of because other companies offer the same products for much cheaper. Do as you will with this information. I purchased a samsung s8 screen from esource. When I recieved it, the frame around it had clearly been used and was scratched. I sent it back and requested a new one. The second one I recieved was in the same obviously used condition. I asked them to just please send a new screen, I didn't even want the frame. When they recieved the second used screen and frame back from me they just refunded the purchase and told me it was sold as refurbished and it was my own fault for buying it. I read through the description which is currently online and it very clearly states "ALL NEW" in multiple bullet points about the product. They have crappy products, they aren't accurate with thier descriptions online, and their customer service in the end just sucks. They try to pass used stuff off as new and hope you don't notice. I bought Iphone XR Coral housing without compatible parts here and it was a bit of disappointment. Some of the stuffs glued to the housing would fall off. I liked that there was an apple logo though. I also purchased their "Apple OEM (quality) screen for Iphone XR. It wasn't OEM quality and Face ID didn't work well with the screen. And the flex cable is so easily damaged. I purchased a glass screen (#32719)from Esource to replace the cracked screen on my Samsung tablet. When I unpacked the replacement glass, I noticed it was twice as thick as the original glass. After installation, three of the buttons didn't function due to the increased thickness of the glass supplied by Esource. When I removed the Esource screen and reinstalled the original (cracked) glass, the buttons functioned again. My email to Esource explaining the problem remains unanswered. Long story short, don't trust that the parts you purchase from Esource will fit properly because their quality control appears to be non-existent. Also, don't expect any communication with Esource, should you have a problem with substandard parts. Buyer beware. read more

This company deals whole sale.... Lets just say they should have their MBL revoked.... I believe it is referred to as bait and lure... They send defective parts or parts damaged in shipping then say you have to wait for shipper to refund (in my case ups) then weeks later (my case 42 some days) call ups (the company that brought to me) and they have no open file :@. When ever you do manage to get them to cave they will then try to get you to pay to mail back their defective garbage, and once again repay to have a replacement shipped back to you. If doing express shipping (ie. Next Day) its $25 so do this twice and your $50 for shipping, plus what ever your purchase price is. So if you do not mind ordering and spending months dealing with these fools to get a proper return or paying twice what your part is worth and wasting hours of your valuable time to get a return in the first place then this is the spot for you. Also they will tell you they will ship new to you if you order something else at that point....... DONT DO IT! if they ship faulty product they should be responsible for the return shipping etc. It is not your fault it came that way do not fall victim. I am now eating about $100 worth of extra shipping charges and $65 worth of parts just to walk away and never have to deal with them again. I suggest you do the same. And I told Esource that i would rather eat the nearly $200 loss then continue to deal with them and the response i got was "Sorry to hear that, unfortunately these policies were put in place and enforced by the upper management and I have no control over them. Terrible experience. I won't be going back there again. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there either. I got a telephone quote of $75 to fix my shattered iPad screen. When I realized that the screen was absolutely fine and only the glass needed to be replaced, I asked if it would be cheaper (the glass only costs $16.99). He told me that I would still have to pay the entire $75. When I went back for the iPad, my iPad was even more damaged than when I brought it in. The glass was replaced, but it doesn't sit flat on the iPad like it should. It keeps peeling off. The screen is now also messed up and it keeps clicking random things on the screen. The edges of my iPad are all scratched, ripped and peeling off. They also bent and ripped a part of the metal frame (without telling me) as well. When I brought all of this up to the guy at the store, he basically didn't care. I paid full price for a crappy "repair" job. My iPad is now in worse condition than it was when I brought it to them, and I've lost $75. Steer clear of this place! Extremely displeased! The iPhone/iPad replacement parts sold here are not aftermarket parts, they are straight up factory rejects with that were supposed to have been destroyed. On a good day 2/10 parts will appear to have no physical damage upon inspection prior to installation. Anyway, enough about their reputation for selling junk/dead on arrival replacement parts as working aftermarket parts. The main reason that these guys deserve to be called out as shady on the Yelp is due to their recent black friday sale. Someone in their organization thought it would be a great idea to increase the price on every single item in their online store by about 20-26% and then put every item on sale for 10-13% off. They used a script to update the prices across the board by a percentage instead of doing them one by one, since it would have taken them a long time to update them manually. They can't even use an excuse like "cost of parts/business/inflation/everything is going up and I have to make adjustments because the increase coincided with their "biggest sale of the year" banners and all that nonsense. I guess they must not have thought about their regular customers/business customers having a record of what the prices were prior to this HUGE sale. These guys recently put a lot of time and effort into a website redevelopment/redesign and then started adding more products to their fairly small/limited selection of parts/tools and then they go and pull a stunt like this? It's just a really slimy/sleazy thing to do and I'm sure they may have just lost a bunch of customers over that dumb decision. read more
