Whether you were a beginner or moderate level, it didn't matter, the class was easy to follow and informative. Our instructor was fun, knowledgeable and personable. The Wine School of Philadelphia offers professional wine certification courses and wine tasting classes, but they also have classes for beer tasting, AND brewing too! After reviewing the class ground rules (judgment-free zone and how to properly taste the wines) you dive into the meat of the class. This class was set up as a semi-blind tasting where you taste a wine and then learn more about it. Serena did a great job of breaking down the different wines and giving us a great overview of Pinot Noir. She was very knowledgeable and entertained all of our questions. He cooked for 5 US Presidents in addition to the Queen of England and her family. Needless to say, he didn't disappoint.
