I made a selection online and later the same day received notification that it had been delivered. However, based on photos from the recipient, there was some sort of mix up ... what I ordered was not what was delivered. Abstract: a $10 bouquet from Trader Joe's looks waaaaayyyyyy better. I seriously cried when I saw what was delivered to my aunt for her 88th birthday. I ordered two so that they can put it on either side of the table for her. What she got was two pathetic arrangements that I was ashamed to take credit for. I was going to order an arrangement online but I wasn't sure if they would last until the 26th (day of her birthday party celebration) if they were delivered on the 23rd. I called the store to ask and they said it'll be fine but I have to order "designer's choice" and the arrangement will be how ever they make it. I thought this would be ok since I'm paying $95 per arrangement plus tax and delivery fee. One arrangement had 6 roses. 6 roses!!! How does 6 roses an a bunch of leaves equate to $95? The other was an 8 inch tall arrangement probably formed from flowers with broken stems also $95. I paid $121.31 for each arrangement (nearly $250 total) and I am forever embarrassed and ashamed. If they did not have the manpower or the ability to make the arrangements then they should not have accepted the order. read more

Called in a birthday order in late January based upon an online picture of a particular floral arrangement. Also, asked for, and paid for, a mylar balloon to be included. Further, requested "no lilies" be used in arrangement (allergies). My recipient was given an arrangement "with lilies" and without the balloon. Plus, the arrangement was not nearly as attractive as the online example. All for $128 (inc. tax). Emailed them a request to at least refund the charges for the missing balloon. Thus far haven't seen any refund given back to my credit card. Nor, any apology for poor service. read more

I paid for the premium version of the online photo of this arrangement and was quite disappointed. I was expecting a mix of different sized roses and baby carnations. I went back after picking them up to say I didn't feel I got what I paid for. She added some alstroemerias to appease me and said they don't stock spray roses or baby carnations. I re-read the description of what I ordered and even the basic version was supposed to come with the alstroemerias. I was also bummed a lot of the rose petals were browned along the edges. I don't think I'll be back considering the price and how minimal the repair attempt was. If I saw this arrangement for sale as it actually is I'd pay $60 (tops) for it, not the $123 I paid this Mother's Day. read more

My siblings and I came here to order a wreath for our grandma's funeral services. Overall, our experience here was pleasant as we had just flown in from California and went straight here to order our wreath. I found this place on Yelp & It would have been nice if the owner had a photo album of actual work that she's done for different events but we had to look at the pictures up on the website...so that was a con for me personally since they don't always look the way they do on the website. We had agreed for the wreath to be delivered on Friday evening to the church where we held my grandma's services on Saturday morning -- but @ about 8pm when the flowers were due to be delivered I received a voicemail stating that they would be delivered at 8am (The services were @ 9) & it just so happened that actually worked out for us ...but my thing is, what if we had preferred or needed the flowers that evening? A voicemail would not suffice. When we showed up on Saturday morning I did in fact look for our wreath. It was pretty, but much smaller than what she had lead us to believe it would look like. She gave us the impression that it would be much fuller than it looked that day, and based on the price we paid, I was a little disappointed. She did inform me that the message would be handwritten and even had me pick out the color, I'm thinking I thought it would look better on the banner but I feel like it would've looked much better had it been printed professionally. Our experience here wasn't bad per se, I just feel like we were a little misled about how big and filled our wreath would be. Had we known, we probably would have paid a little more for something bigger. I know I wasn't satisfied with the size even though it didn't bother my siblings as much. read more

A friendly voice helped me make my selection and said that they could be delivered in the morning. At 11:30 I finally called to ask where my wife's flowers were. I was informed that they don't open until 9:00, the delivery van goes out at 10:00, and there were many other orders ahead of mine. I was quite disappointed and asked for a discount since they had not arrived in the morning and was informed that "morning delivery" meant before noon and they would not be able to give me a discount. I was walking back from our weekly Thursday Taco Cart meetup and realized I'd better get my wife something to prove I didn't forget our 10 year anniversary. I had walked by this shop a few times so I decided to give them a whirl. After telling the two helpful ladies the look I was after and how much I wanted to spend, they got on it. I could tell they were in the middle of putting together some phone orders, but they dropped those and got on mine. After less than 10 minutes I had a beautiful arrangement that had a nice variety of a few roses and some nice "wildflower looking things" (Pretty sure thats the accurate botanical name). The wife was pleasantly surprised and didn't change the locks the next day. Here we are 3 days later and they still look great. As a side note each of the flowers had a cool little test tube thing full of water at the bottom of the stem so they looked nice and fresh after sitting in my work locker for 4 hours. I found this local company on YELP, and asked them what was in stock that was fresh and interesting. They made recommendations and had the flowers at her desk within a couple hours. After my wife came home, she showed me the flowers, and they were absolutely stunning and vital. Utah is a harsh/dry environment for flowers, but this arrangement stayed very nicely for 10 days.
