One of the companies I called was Diamond Pure Water and I spoke with Mike. He mentioned that chloramine is the corrosive chemical in municipal water that eats through thin copper pipes (type-M) & that a catalytic carbon filter system would remove all chloramines. I also called a number of other companies & it was clear they weren't interested in spending the time texting & on the phone with me that Mike did. He set me up with a great dual catalytic carbon filter (to completely remove chloramines) & a soft water filter ( to treat hard water & remove calcium & magnesium). After much research called PEBBLE SPRING WATER and spoke to WILL at length about my NEED for 3-gallon HANDLE bottles. Was assured they have them and my new account was set up immediately.
