I started to use this service for my work. It was all really good for a while, then it started to go down hill from there. The water was good, but he would state that he was going to show up, and then no show. Everytime I would ask about it, I got that this happened or that was an emergency. Then a vehicle was not working. Now, during the pandemic I called and asked when he was going to show up. I was advised that I was not a big enough client, and that he needed to take care of his bigger clients. He would come by if he had time or was in the area. I was doing about 4 - 5 bottles a month to month in half. Never heard from him again, we found out it was better to get the bottles filled at a local water store then do delivery. If he would have been consistent we would have used him. The value was there, but the service did not match the value for what we got. read more

I had been Sparkletts customer for 25+ years. But when they partnered with a third party their service went down and their prices went up. I had put my bottles out only to realize they didn't come for 2 days as they had changed my delivery date without telling me. When I contacted them on a Friday, they said my water would be delivered on Monday. When that didn't happen, I started looking for another service. In my research most of the bigger companies are also with a third party and equally expensive. FINALLY, I found Kona Kai Water.
