He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me navigate the city process. While preparing to dig a new cleanout, Sam and Charlie discovered an existing one that had been buried by the builders and were able to clear the blockage from there. The issue turned out to be roots in the line, and Sam coordinated with the city so they could apply a long-term fix. Fast response, great communication, and excellent problem-solving. We got a couple estimates and his estimate seemed like a good price. His experience showed when pointing out things we needed but hadn't considered (for example, better drainage for rain). And he was consistently amenable to meeting extra requests too (like an underground pipe for routing wires through the yard). There were a couple things I particularly liked about Antonio. First he was consistently jolly and a pleasure to be around. Even my 2-year-old was always happy to see him! Second, he cared about doing a good job. Small things would inevitably go wrong... For example, the artificial turf we wanted to install was out of stock or the shape of the pavers was slightly off.
