Nearly every piece of furniture was wrapped in a moving blanket and nothing was scratched. All of our wall art and TV's were carefully packed and arrived in perfect shape. But I do NOT recommend them for packing your boxes! We hired them to pack our entire house on 3/10/26. They left many things unpacked that day and the crew who came to load everything the next day had to finish the packing. The young man who packed our kitchen did a great job, better than I would have done. Nothing was broken when we unpacked the boxes and every box was labeled correctly and thoroughly. But the rest of the house was packed horribly! Random items from separate rooms were put together in the same box. Some breakable items weren't even wrapped. The huge wardrobe boxes were used for very big and heavy items instead of our clothes. And some of our clothes that were on hangers were just shoved in boxes with other things without being folded. Some of our curtains were wadded up and used in a box like packing paper, making them extremely wrinkled. My mattress pad was wadded up and shoved in a box that was way too small and the box wasn't even closed! (See photo.) Many of the boxes weren't labeled at all, and some were actually labeled incorrectly, so when they were unloaded, they were placed in the wrong room, making us look for days to find our things. We have had to open every single box to figure out where it belongs. We have moved several times, but we have never seen such a sloppy packing job! My teenagers packed better than these guys did! We have been in our new home for a week now, and we're still trying to find things. If you plan to pack your own boxes, these guys are great at moving them. But when it comes to packing, they need some serious training! Very disappointed!

They were so quick and efficient and super careful with my furniture and my things. They were cheaper than most of the other companies that I reached out too and they were a lot more kind and straight forward with quoting. They're local to the central valley so I try to stick with local vendors. It started where I was told to call after contacting through Yelp. I called and then they said…read moresomeone would call me back later because they were not in the office. It was the next day when they finally reached out. I spoke with Donna who gave me a quote of up to 5 hours, which previous moves never took longer than that, and quoted me what up to 5 hours would cost. Before the move I called and requested 4 garment boxes which they said would add to my file and bring on moving day. On moving day they did not bring the garment boxes and had to use several of my boxes and they shoved my clothes in the boxes causing my nice pressed clothes that come from dry cleaners to become wrinkled and needing to repress. Moving day came and they were on time. Apparently there was a new person and then during my move an office staff person showed up for about 30 minutes to watch them move my stuff. The new guy was not sure on certain things so it slowed them down a little. We went to my storage after that which took them about 45 minutes to get there. Should not have taken more than 30 minutes. It took me only 18 minutes from first stop. Again moving stuff out of storage the new guy was slow. When moving stuff out they dropped my grandmothers box of silverware and damaged the box a little. They just kind of threw the silverware back in there and put it in the truck. Once we got to final destination there was a lot of double handling of stuff which again added time. During the move they damaged the frame to my extra room closet and because of the time, I just told them to store all the boxes in one room. It ended up being 6.5 hours and almost 300.00 dollars over the price quoted. They said they were going to put my table together, but because I knew they were over a lot of time and I was already frustrated by this time because of the carelessness and the slowness of the move I said forget it I will do it. When I reached out to the company after the move they were slow to respond and I told them all the stuff that happened. After some time they responded that they would send me a 300.00 voucher for future services. I declined the offer stating I will not be using their company again. I then just requested at least a refund of an hour for all the trouble and the slow worker. They again waited to respond and I kept reaching out. They responded that they would give me 25.00 Visa card for the damaged box and I just needed to send pictures. The professionalism of this company is a disgrace and I would not recommend them to anyone. They disregarded all the issues that I endured. Please do not use this company.
