The menu is not expansive and it is not a typical taco burrito store. This is a place where chef is proud of his personal creations. His premier menu item are his various mole sauces on enchilada; 40 different recipes, many his own creations. He serves up 6 enchilada with different rotating sauces. Additionally, he typically has 2 very creative daily specials which our foody friends enjoy. (I am always tempted to order the specials, but always seem to return to the enchiladas and taste from the others plates. This is a place to go for unique Mexican food. We ended up splitting the calabaza- an acorn squash stuffed with mushroom risotto and also the wild mushroom tostada. The calabaza was great for winter, warm and filling.
