This is surprising since I'd never used a sewing machine before. At a class this week, I met another lady who got a REALLY great deal on a refurbished high end sewing/embroidery machine and after sleeping on it, decided to go back the next day to see if they could find another deal like that for me. Well, George happened to be there and he and Karen found me a near-new machine with less than 10k stitches on it!!! Needless to say, I came home with a MAJOR upgrade at a GREAT price. These folks really know their machines and supplies, and make themselves available to help their clients and answer every question one could have...and as a super-newbie, I have an overwhelming amount. :) I look forward to spending many more happy hours there learning to use my new power tool with thread and mastering my new hobby. He got quotes for me very quickly and provided all the necessary templates and specifications for my designers in a very timely manner. The turnaround time was amazing; we were less than a week and a half out from our event, and Skyler was able to get our custom tablecloth and retractable banner to us in less than a week. Compared to other companies I reached out to, Physx had the most competitive pricing, and we were very happy with the quality of the items we received. We received a lot of good feedback at our events to how our tablecloth and banner turned out, and our designers were also happy with how their designs translated onto these mediums.
