Physx was truly a lifesaver for me! I found myself in a (somewhat self-induced, my b) time-crunch, needing swag with less than a two-week lead time. Megan from Physx stepped in and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth, efficient process. What really impressed me was the instock Amazon orders. We wouldn't have been able to get the hats and badge reels without this, due to our lead time! Physx also uses Amazon's internal comms tool, Chime! This allowed for real-time communication with Megan, which made the process lightning fast. Megan also helped create a team specific notebook, which added a personalized touch to our swag for our summit. Despite the rush, I didn't feel stressed at all due to their innovative comms methods, instock inventory, and dedicated staff. Yall are out here setting new standards :)

Reached out to Physx Promotions for a few last minute items for our church's Easter Week events. Specifically worked with Skyler, who was amazing to work with. He got quotes for me very quickly and provided all the necessary templates and specifications for my designers in a very timely manner. The turnaround time was amazing; we were less than a week and a half out from our event, and Skyler was able to get our custom tablecloth and retractable banner to us in less than a week. Compared to other companies I reached out to, Physx had the most competitive pricing, and we were very happy with the quality of the items we received. We received a lot of good feedback at our events to how our tablecloth and banner turned out, and our designers were also happy with how their designs translated onto these mediums. What stood out most was my very positive interaction with Skyler and getting us everything we needed at such short notice. For years I was using our same old promo company, but decided to give Physx a shot and Robbie totally beat their pricing and I can get items delivered very fast which is important! I came to Physx Promotions with a 3,000 shirt order... Yes you read that right, Three Thousand Shirts and they did not disappoint. I'm fairly new to the business so I still don't know all the ins and outs of printing merchandise but ROBBIE was very friendly and walked me through step by step. From the type of t-shirt we'd print on, to the design of the image that would be on the shirt, all the pros and cons of each style were explained to me. Robbie was very knowledgeable in the process. I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. We had a really big event in January and needed some promotional products to give out to participants. I decided to go with Physx promotions because they are local. Brant and Reuben were absolutely amazing in assisting me with the right items to get for the event. They helped me pick out the items with the best quality as well as worked with me in terms of pricing. We got high quality 80 customized clipboards and 130 lanyards with reasonable prices. I had a lot of questions, changes, and last minute requests, but they were very accommodating and helped me every step of the way. The communication was great. Brant was always there to update me on the progress of the items and making sure that everything will be delivered on time, and they did! The participants LOVED the clipboards and the lanyards.
