I loved everything about this service. My Baby Shower looked absolutely stunning. The owner Essence was professional and knowledgeable through the process. From helping me choose my theme and colors, to making sure I stayed in my budget, to being punctual Essence knows her stuff. And, the decorations were literally perfect. My husband and I chose a Lion King Theme, and would you believe there was a life-size plush lion sitting next to my throne chair. Flawless! I used Essence Creations for my daughter's prom Send off. The company was unprofessional from the time they entered my home until the end. Coming into my home, her assistant scratched my wall with poles that was apart of the set up. The poles took paint off my wall and left black / grey marks. She didn't provide a red carpet, instead we were given red paper, which my daughter almost slipped on when she was doing her prom walk. Pieces of the decorations we requested and paid for (two ballon Marquees and pink pillow) were missing from the set up. The owner forgot to bring them. My daughter was upset because it wasn't the look she wanted for her prom. We were refunded for the balloons, but no compensation for her not delivering on the experience we paid for. I was unable to resolve my concerns with the owner. I don't recommend using this service, it is over priced and owner is unprofessional. read more

Essence Creations Events decorated my daughter's birthday party and it was so amazing and beautiful that people are STILL talking about it. Now im known as the dad who kid has awesome birthday parties. They're talented, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Although I was tempted to gatekeep them. I had to share because so many people need to know how awesome they are!!!! My wife and I were so impressed with the decor and the professionalism that we've already booked Jameelah for our baby shower and for our son's prom send off.
