Warning! STAY AWAY!!! Terrible experience !!! DO NOT GO TO NURSE CHAP at Essence clinic !!! She is inexperienced and unprofessional!! despite what her page says and what her pics online show. She did the complete opposite of what I wanted and asked for. She gave me fake Russian dolls lips, with a sharpe ledge/edge and tons of lumps and visible bumps. When I asked her to fix them, she was mean and horrible to me!! she berated me and fought with me about dissolving what she had done! STAY AWAY!!! Her page says over and over that she specializes is natural looking lips and in my case it couldn't be farther from the truth!! If you have an issue with her work, she will fight with you, blame you, make you feel guilty, deny anything being wrong, mock you, criticize you, and I'm my case make me feel so awful that I cried hysterically for the rest of the appointment.... My lips are bigger than I wanted them and worst of all I have visible lumps and bumps all over the top lip which she still claimed would ago away over the next couple months. This is the opposite of what other much more experienced injectors I have contacted since have all told me. Now I need to get these filler nodules as they are the direct result of inexperience and placing filler too superficially. DONT NOT GO HERE!!! THEY KEEP CHANGING NAMES!! RED FLAG!! They are inexperience, under qualified and unprofessional. I asked for threads on my forehead and under my chin. She gave me a hematoma on my forehead, received zero threads there, just a GIANT WELT that lasted weeks. I am a performer and had to call out of work and lost over $1500 that weekend. PLUS the threads she put in my chin started coming out after a few days, which I read this happens when they are placed too shallow, and I had to go back. All of the lady's trainings are from 2020, You're literally paying for her to practice on you. . This was very upsetting and unprofessional from them. As I'm driving I get a text from essensa saying my appointment that I had set up a week prior! Has been cancelled because I ddnt answer my phone when they called me this morning. I had already confirmed my appointment for Monday June 23 at 1 pm on the website and via text message. I call to see why my appointment has been canceled and the receptionist tells me because I ddnt answer their phone call they had to cancel my appointment. If I confirm the appointment that means I'm taking the responsibility to show up you guys don't have the right to decide for me. She then tells me no come the doctor is waiting for you. You canceled my appointment that means I was not important at all so I said go ahead I'll go spend my time and money somewhere else. And it's even more upsetting that they kept calling me I was at work! I left work in a rush for them to be like no don't come anymore. That's insane!! I'm glad I found nurse Chap. I was looking for someone who would provide the most natural results. After trying so many clinics in Vegas and LA, I left disappointed with abnormal looking lips. I felt my lips didn't belong with the rest of my features. Nurse chap suggested I dissolved my prior lip filler to get the most natural results. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable -- the nurses and estheticians made sure I felt comfortable during all the procedures and the doctor answered any and every question I had regarding my personal goals. During my treatments I felt very safe. They constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable. I can't stress how nice and professional everyone was! A+ customer service here! The Hydrofacial left my skin feeling so soft and plump. BE AWARE , THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED!!!!. A month ago I signed up for their weight loss specials which included 1 month supply of b12 shot and 1 month supply of phentermine, as a returning customer they offered me a 50% discount. My grand total was 175 dollars for b12 and phentermine with the 50% discount I paid 87.50 dollars, also I added a month supply of topamax which came down to 40 dollars with the 50% discount. SO , HOW IN THE HELL TODAY, I WENT TO RENEW MY MONTH SUPPLY OF PHENTERMINE WITHOUT THE B12 AND THE TOPAMAX, THEY CHARGED ME 200 DOLLLARS!!!!!!. Here's the poor excuses I got from the office manager: "because your prescription is changed to 1tab 1/2 a day, you are paying 150 dollars for 30 pills and 50 dollars for 15 pills" and you are not getting a 50% discount". So my question was: how come last month my grand total for b12 and phentermine was 175 dollars which came down to 100 dollars for b12 and 75dollars for 30 pills without discount. This was my first time here, and trying a hydro facial. I decided to get it, because I tried a new foundation that extremely dried out my skin on my face, so I thought why not try getting a hydro facial! Right when I walked in the receptionist was so nice and greeted me kindly. When I met the other staff they were very friendly as well, which I loved! When I looked around, I loved the ambiance and classy decor. I got my hydro facial with Laya. She was AWESOME! She was very polite, asked me questions about my skin and what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable. She educated me on each thing she was doing as she did it, which I liked because I had never done one before, and my skin is VERY SENSITIVE, so I was a little nervous. When she finished I was very please with the results how my skinned looked! Its been a few days and my skin still looks great, and it doesn't look dry anymore! No irritation or breakouts! Used to go there for B12 shots, which were cheap 6 months+ ago, now they literally tripled their prices, and now they "need" a nurse to do the shots, and she's barely there during the week. Went there when she was there at 9:10, and she was too "busy" that day to do a shot that takes 2 minutes, told me to make appointment for the day after, they'll never see me again, going back to the vaccine center (e7 health) for B12 shots where you can just stop by anytime and they do it. read more
