The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid.

She gently showed me the products that they offer however was not forceful in any way recommending the products. She made the experience, fun and education educational. As of right now, the place was very clean, booking was easy, service was great, and they were not forceful at all. As far as the pain goes, I have a high pain tolerance, so I hardly noticed it... But if you can handle a stubbed toe, you can handle Laser !

I have been paying for one area treatment (made a contact for 18months). I also started doing month to month for retouch areas. Because one payment did not go thru for my month to month they cancel all apt without giving you a chance to pay. They also cancel my contracted apt that was paid to the date. I called to make an apt and they said that I was behing payments. I told her no I am not. The person over the phone argued with me and told me I have to talk to another department. I had sent an email to the department. I live in AZ and they do not care how long it will take. It was a few weeks later I got an apt. By this time I have already lost one session because they do not like to honor last/lost appointment. I also paid in full my month to month apt and they didn't honor my session. $200 I gave away to their charity. Today I had an apt at 230pm and got there on time. The did not have a receptionist and the girl who does laser checked and said my apt was at 1230. I told her that is impossible bc I wrote it down when I was making the apt. She didn't let me finish my sentence when she said " do you want to come and see the screen, next time make sure you write down right" The employees are always right and the customer is always wrong. I still have a few months until my contract is paid. I feel undervalued as a customer ( I have been a customer for years). I dont feel comfortable going in there. I will never come back. This has been one of the tops worst customers service I have ever had from a company. If you want to do laser hair removal find another company. You will be very disappointed. Specially if you travel 1 1/2 hr to get to your appointment. And get mistreated by their employees.
