I just purchased a 2024 Bronco Sport and my experience could not have been better! I was immediately greeted by Sarah and felt comfortable instantly. We had a brief chat about what I was interested in seeing/test driving, and off we went. She discussed different models/options/upgrades and determined which fit my exact needs. Once I'd made up my mind on the vehicle I was interested in, the rest of the process was seamless and simplified. Each department walked me through every step and was both professional and personable. I recommend this location to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle!

Here is proof - this is off their web App - this is a no service dept

They can do better ... brought my vehicle in for scheduled service on Monday 10/02/23) at 08:13am and here it is Tuesday 10/03/23 @ 12:20 in the afternoon , and the dealership has yet to touch/inspect my vehicle - proof in the photo attached - it's their app. Why schedule service if you're not going to be able to perform service. If your excuse is the app doesn't work , why use it? These are management issues plain and simple

I should have looked at the reviews first . I called and said my current lease was up and they showed a special on the website 399. For a f150 hybrid . and they said they had the special and said stop by that night . Mind you a 45 min drive . I didn't even change from work. I get there . They show me the truck the. They come back with the payment. It was double the special . I asked the girl we're is the special you told me about over the phone . I was told they didn't have that truck. I was so frustrated at that point I told them they were wrong for making me think they had that special and drive 45 min . That's not customer service. That's about as sleazy as it gets . You go ahead and buy at your risk . I wouldn't.

The voltage at the trailer connector they said isn't there

He was having problems with his battery, so she told us it was going to be a certain price to have the car looked at and whatever they found that price would be put towards the service. She also recommended he get an oil change which was not actually needed. But it was close to the time.So I said, go ahead and do the oil change. I then went on to their website and there was a special for the oil change at $49.95 which included a complimentary car wash. We ended up replacing the battery, which was $210. When my husband and son showed up to pick up the car, we asked her if she would honor the 10% off service coupon on their website. She then stated two coupons could not be used at the same time.Which we understood. But originally, we were going to just use the oil change coupon and the car had clearly not been washed. From the time we dropped the car off to the correspondence with her during the evaluation and the pickup she had zero personality, very miserable. And no people skills. She also wanted to up sell us on something on his tire thread for $500. We bought the car at coggin honda in fort pierce and we'll clearly making the drive north for any more service due to how rude, inpersonable, and basically lied to us abt what was needed. When I wiped the fluid, it looked amber-colored, but it had a lot of dirt mixed in it, so my first thought was that the rear main seal was leaking oil; however, it had a very faint color of pink. I thought that if it was the transmission fluid, surely the master technician would identify the fluid before replacing any part, right? I was wrong; he replaced the rear main seal, which wasn't leaking, for $1,600. When I got it home, it was still leaking, but the good news was I could tell it was transmission fluid; the bad news was the 'Master Technician' had repaired a perfectly good part. I contacted Adam Cohen, the service director, who basically said they would repair the rear main seal if it was leaking, but I would be charged full price for any removal and repairs done to the transmission. I put in a complaint with Toyota's headquarters regarding this issue. I then took my vehicle to Earl Stewart Toyota, who identified that the transmission's torque converter and pump seal were both leaking transmission fluid. Earl Stewart Toyota charged me $3,200 for the repairs and a one-year warranty, so I wasted $1,600 at Treasure Coast Toyota. After filing a complaint with Toyota's headquarters and Treasure Coast Toyota, I'm seeking resolution, but I'm definitely not holding my breath. I'll update my review if things change.

Then they only know "As Is". They described this rare, show quality, totally restored, 1956 Chev. Cameo pickup truck as top quality, totally roadworthy and that they had driven it to a local car show. They did not say that it would self-destruct in the first ten miles I drove it. They told me that prior to shipment the battery had gone dead a couple times and they thought it was the air conditioning switch. They informed me it was the starter, so they installed a new starter just prior to shipment. What we know now but didn't know then is that it is necessary to loosen the exhaust manifold bolts to move the exhaust pipe away from the starter to remove and replace the starter. JLD mechanics did not re-tighten the exhaust manifold bolts which caused the side of the engine block to scorch and burn, badly burned 3 spark plug wires causing one to arch-weld to the block, burned the starter and solenoid cables and burned the side of the valve cover. All of this happened in the first ten miles I drove the truck. JLD Auto has told me 3 times that I bought it "As Is" and I say "As was described" before their mechanics destroyed it. They are not even willing to pay $1,000 for paint and parts if I pay for the mechanical labor. I have now restored the truck to original condition. JLD Auto has photos of the destruction and still refuses to pay anything. I have more photos and a complete step by step story to support this complaint. Len
