This massage incorporated Thai technique of stretching and acupressure with a Swedish massage. I've never been to a set up like this before with just being in one single room inside of an office building no waiting area... It totally worked and was really all that was needed. I found Cheryl through Groupon, and I was very impressed. I'll definitely be back. Before we started, she took the time to understand my needs and medical history, asking questions when needed. She checked in with me periodically throughout the massage to make sure everything was okay. I was very impressed by her skills, and she really helped get rid of some of the tension in my neck and shoulders. The foot scrub at the end was a nice bonus, and the room had a cute, relaxing setup. Cheryl is excellent. I originally came to her with shoulder and neck pain/tightness after major spine surgery and have been coming back ever since. She's friendly and the type of person that makes you feel immediately comfortable. She's fantastic about customizing the massage to your individual needs and pressure tolerance and is always flexible and accommodating in making appointments (even squeezing me in when she's fully booked). The space itself is in an office building, but the room is relaxing and always incredibly immaculate. My experience with Cheryl has easily trumped any massage chain I've been to. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a massage with Cheryl because I wanted to try a massage that was outside of my Massage Envy membership. Cheryl was fabulous!! Her location is a single room inside an office building but it was more than adequate. I had the Thai Fusion Massage and I loved it. My shoulders are pretty bad and my lower back and feet just hurt all the time. After the massage I felt great and will definitely return. Shoulders need more work and the "crunchies" in my feet need help as well. Looking forward to another session. read more

I bought a Groupon, waited a month for a Saturday appointment, and she canceled an hour before my appointment. Granted she was sick, but I said I would have appreciated more than an hour's notice since I was already on my way. Her response was so rude -"well did you want me to throw up on you!?" WOW. I certainly wouldn't recommend doing business with a person who is so rude and condescending to paying customers. read more

(Today) One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had actually had a massage by this person once before (at a different location). Back then I swore I would never return. Had I known it was the same person I would have stayed clear of this place. Massage is perfectly fine while your face up. As soon as she asks you to turn over, consider your massage over. I've never been massaged one handed before until my last experience with this person. Without fail, once I turned over, she began massaging me one handed on the same spot over and over. She must have spent 10 mins alone just massaging my right calf. Same as last time when I suspected she was distracted or just not paying attention. I waited... but the one handed massage continued, now onto my left leg. I was waiting for the right time to address it. I wanted to be sure this time around before I said anything. She got to my back and the one handed massage continued. Little did she know, she had placed her CELLPHONE right next to my hand. I could feel her typing/tapping away on her phone. Maybe she thought I was asleep? Maybe she just didn't care. I had had enough and quickly turned around and asked her "are you on your phone?" She denied it and asked me (as if I was making this up) if I heard something or felt a buzz. I told her that her phone was next to my hand and I could feel her tapping away. She then changed her story to say she was just checking the time. Really? For the last 30-40 minutes of my massage? After that she decided to put the phone away and use two hands to give me a some what proper massage. The time was up so it was too little too late. Then it came time to check out. She informs me that I was suppose to receive a hot stone massage and foot scrub with my certificate (which I obviously didn't get). All I got was a "sorry" and that was it. I don't know if it was because I had a Groupon or she just didn't feel like giving ME proper service. I would recommend you think twice if you plan on visiting this location. I can't help but think this is how she does business since this has happened to me TWICE now. Or like I said, maybe she just didn't want to give me the same service a paying customer deserves. read more

I was VERY pleasantly surprised. I don't usually have the best massage experiences purchasing from Groupon, but this one was AWESOME, and I will actually continue to use Cheryl. First of all, I really liked the atmosphere. It was soothing and comfy. I liked that Cheryl asked what type of pressure I wanted, and where I wanted her to focus. She was professional and didn't try to make conversation with me. I hate a massage therapist who is talking when I came to relax. I especially liked that Cheryl used a mixture of hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, and included a great foot massage. It was also great that she was able to supply a lavender scented essential oil when I asked. I took her business card and already shared it with my four sisters.
