There is too much to try to unpack with that comment, but today also delivered a first of all firsts. When I called to cancel the appts the same owner answered the phone and said "perfect." Not asking what they can do to make this life event special or ever apologizing for their unorganized team in place but perfect that I was canceling..Never experienced that response in my life, but good luck to the stylist that knew better and left.
