I wanted to lose weight before my wedding and determine why I didn't feel good after menopause…read more After watching a few videos and meeting with the doctor for a rather quick initial evaluation, I was quoted $5!! I thought I misheard him, but it was that expensive. I was so desperate to lose weight and feel better so I agreed. I lost a little weight (maybe 20 pounds), but as I continued with the program it felt like all they did was just give me a bunch of supplements (which eventually stopped working for me) and send me on my merry way. I also broke out in a rash on my chest from the progesterone serum. Additionally I couldn't find where it said when my program ended/how long I had to lose the weight. The last time I went to the office I got there for my appointment and there was no one there; they actually called me when I was in the lot to tell me the nurse was at another location. That would have been nice to know before I spent 30 minutes driving there. I tried one last time to make this work considering the amount of money I spent. I texted them to find out what was still covered by the 5k and they said I had 4 more B12 injections and 2 Semaglutide injections. When I asked if that was everything and if I would need to pay more money after that I heard nothing even after I tried following up 2 more times. Honestly I don't know how this place got all those 5 star ratings or if I was just scammed out of 5k, but I recommend Weight Watchers. I lost 100 pounds the last time I was on it and I'm going back on it because it works!

I decided to walk the 1 1/2 miles from my house to the office I was super thirsty,I was happy to see the standard 5 gallon water dispenser,but there were no cups.I turned to ask the lady at the desk,then I realized that there was no Water either.Fat people STAY thirsty,don't they know this? I was then weighed and had my blood pressure in a side room RIGHT next to the reception desk with NO wall! I was asked about my contraception use,luckily she asked quietly and there were no other patients waiting. I was then taken to get my EKG..oh my,my last EKG had 3 of those patch things on my boobs,today I had 10 stuck everywhere indecent.2 on each boob,1 on each arm..the others were on various areas of my stomach..2 were too close to my crotch region..it was OK,I just want you to know what to expect and wear your "date night" underwear! I then saw the P.A. Cara,this lovely lady deserves 5 whole stars,she was very caring in her tone and approach,She went over diet and exercise talk..the normal eat less,exercise more stuff.My EKG came back "funny" so I did not receive my fat pills,but that's a GOOD thing..there are many places that won't care and will get their money and send you off to die,they actually care about your heart "or a future lawsuit Lol." I did get my B-12 shot and I can come back at another time to check my stats,before I get my pills. I appreciate that my health is important to that office,not just dollars.On the way out I heard the medical assistant asking another patient about her "sex life" and contraception. They really need a door in that area. I work in health care,I never tell other health care workers because they will treat me differently,the other employees did not have that warm bedside manner that is expected.They were nice enough,but in that "I have to work" way and you are Supposed to practice infection control and wash your hands before and after patient contact..did not always happen. Overall,I can dig it and I wish that Cara was my personal Dr. She is awesome!!
