This was after I had filled out a large number of forms. I had already made it clear in the paperwork before we met. Then we got disconnected within 15 mins of an hour long session for which she never called back. When I called back, the person answering the phone was told by her to tell me their network died. She couldn't be bothered to notify me. Even by email. I was very disappointed and found their handling to be entirely unprofessional.

For reference, I was depressed w/ untreated ADHD and OCD. Poor communication and incorrect info from her secretary. The Dr. herself was not friendly or warm but not rude, just neutral... which was awkward as I was beside myself, sobbing uncontrollably and in despair. I didn't want to die but living was a burden. I don't remember the wait. I saw her for no more than 15 mins. She put me on a staggeringly high dosage of Wellbutrin. I told her it made me manic at low doses. I side-eyed the prescription HARD but I was so depressed it was scaring me, so I went with it and 2 days later I was walking on sunshine, in disbelief at how happy I was. Phone systems are often down (I've had receptionists tell me it often goes in and out) so scheduling is difficult. Promised zoom invites for virtual meetings are never sent. Doctors don't join meetings when they are scheduled ... endless frustration. Me: I made my appointment online via your Groupon! I was about to make it via your website which shows an open schedule as well! Her (?): Groupon is a 3rd party site! We don't have control over that! Now, what you're not gonna do is play me as a fool. I use Groupon for my own business, as a business you have complete control of your schedule. You are notified when people purchase and their appointments. You're given access to their information so if you must cancel you can. So let's not play dumb, it's the first of the year.
