The lights were dim, there was a sound machine on and music playing. The bed was also heated which was a really nice touch. Since I'm pregnant, she had me lay on my side hugging a body pillow, then I switched sides. She spent time massaging my back, butt, neck, arms, legs, hands, feet and toes. She was gentle, I'm assuming since I'm pregnant and it was very relaxing. She also gave me a bottle of water on the way out. It lasted exactly an hour.
