On Monday morning, I texted the phone number provided, introducing myself and giving my availability. Later Monday afternoon, after not hearing back, I called the same number (after double checking it on the website) and left a voicemail. By Wednesday, I still had not heard ANYTHING back from Oakhurst. Late Wednesday morning, I utilized the third contact option and emailed the account listed on the website. In my email, I explained that I had had difficulties scheduling an appointment via phone and that if I did not hear from them by the end of the day that I would be refunding my Groupon.
