Overall the building is old, you can see the wear in the ceiling tiles and in the locker rooms. If you're looking for a basic gym and a very good value, this is the place for you. I just needed a place to run in and out to use the treadmill and it was perfect. I'm not sold on a full membership yet, as I'm not confident in how well facilities like the showers or saunas are maintained, things I would test out and use more with a full membership.
