I'm really upset because I've had appointments cancelled and rescheduled due to the aesthetician and I couldn't get 12 mins. It doesn't seem fair and it's frustrating. Again, Alissa's work is usually flawless I love getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done by her. But this policy and the lack of compassion is something I can't get behind. I wanted a full natural look with some noticeability. They are full & curled ( see the pics below) I am so displeased, I called back to the shop and spoke to MiMi. Mimi explanation sounded more like an excuse, that the lashes used was based on my natural lashes ability to use certain lengths to avoid damage to the lash line. Also, their was no offer to redo them or offer any kind of half off. So I will not return & do not recommend. If you do go please take a picture of what you want or expect.
