No-chip gel nail and gel overlay chipped after just 4 days. They have a 7-day fix policy, which is good, but while I was there, I saw 3-4 other customers also coming in for repairs. That made me wonder about the overall quality.

Went in for a luxury pedicure (costs $50). It took about 30 min. The shop got pretty busy so it definitely felt a bit rushed. They do a really good job scrubbing your feet - left my feet feeling very smooth! My main critique is the paint job I got wasn't the best (I get regular polish). It may be better if you do gel or something else!

I was searching for a nail salon as my tech of over 12 years moved her business and stumbled upon Nail Pro. I will say each nail tech has been amazing! They are the only reason I keep returning. I've had major booking issues and miscommunication with very little apology. Management left it up to the nail tech to take a hit. Now, my tech Emily was amazing and is the only reason I stayed for my service. Again, the techs here are beyond talented and accommodating!

Came here because it was close to work and I needed my nails done on a Monday. I didn't have an appt so I was a walk in, and they said they could do it but with just a small wait. I ended up waiting 30 minutes with still no service, and one of the workers was arguing with who I assume was the owner outside. Two other girls who did have appointments were also waiting to be serviced. I started to read how bad the gel is here and ended up walking out and leaving. Won't be going here ever again! Had really bad vibes! read more

Luan is DISRESPECTFUL and should not be working in this shop. I witnessed him tell another employee to "shutup" in front of other employees and other customers. This was flat out wrong and he did not care about making the other employees feel bad. He does not make this a positive environment to be in. He was unapologetic and showed no remorse. I will not be coming back to this shop. He needs to be fired, now. I don't know why he's a manager. read more

I didn't want to write this review because I worry that her schedule will get too packed Mimi is the type of nail tech/artist that you want to be doing your nails. She's incredibly talented and detail oriented and fun to chat with. It's a fair price for the loop and my nails typically last 6 weeks! The vibe of the overall place is fast-paced and a bit snug. But everyone who works there is communicative and kind. read more

To be honest I really wanted to like this nail salon since its the closest to my new apartment. I came in for a nail removal from having had a dip manicure elsewhere. Unfortunately the nail tech hurt two of my fingers with the drill one after the other to the point where i had to stop her from continuing and take a minute to think about whether I should just up and leave. The nail salon itself is in disarray and pretty dirty. There was a small bug staring at me on the table and the nail tech didn't wear gloves. At the end she didn't even know what price to charge me and proceeded to ask 3 other people who worked there how much to charge me (all in spanish, which I too can speak). One wanted to charge $12, another wanted to charge $15 and they finally decided to charge me $20. I gave her $20 cash and walked out. I will never ever set foot in there again. Overall a disgusting experience. Most places dont charge that much for taking off nails and it was obvious they were overcharging. I definitely don't recommend this place. read more

The only reason it isn't five stars is that my cuticles aren't very clean (you can see in the pic) and we didn't have time for designs or even a dusting of glitter. I was about 20 mins late to my appointment (my bad). They still did the manicure, but there was no time for design or the pedicure I had booked. Still, gel x for $70 is not bad, and it was overall a good experience. I would try it again!

I walked in late Friday morning and was seated in a comfortable massage chair for my pedicure within 10 minutes. Mandy took great care of my neglected feet. After a relaxing pedicure, she walked me over to the nail stations for my Gel X full set. At that point, I realized I might be cutting it close to my next appointment that afternoon. Mandy went to work quickly and made sure I got a perfect set of nails in time for my next appointment. The location is convenient with plenty of street parking. The space is beautiful and clean. I just went for the first time for a regular manicure today and I am highly pleased with the service. I have to admit, I was a little wary about going here after reading some poor reviews here but my coworker recommended this place and I'm very happy that I took her word over the negative posts on Yelp. The service was very quick and efficient. My nail tech, Michael, was very gentle with my cuticles and shaped my nails perfectly. He massaged my hands before putting on the color flawlessly. I asked him to fix one spot where he missed a sliver of my nail and he had no problem with my request. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and have a perfect manicure. Definitely ask for Michael when you make your appointment! He's incredibly nice and pleasant. He doesn't talk much but I didn't feel ignored in any way. read more

I am Very disgusted with this establishment! I got fungus on my foot all over and they changed the bag and I believe they do not clean their feet supplies. They also did my lashes and it brother me and try to say it was my eyes. Please do not go here. I am calling the health department on them. i have never gotten fungus before! Came here because it's close to my office and was in and out in a jiffy. And with a pretty damn good mani/pedi. I only gave 4 stars because it's definitely not a "spa" experience, and I did pay for the "spa pedicure" but other than that, no complaints. It's been 4 days and my manicure still looks brand new.
