This is my fifth visit here and I keep trying hoping that things would get better but nothing will ever beat my favorite nail salon. Yes the aesthetic in here is nice, but they charge for everything. 20 extra dollars for no chip on a pedicure that costs 70 is beyond Ludacris. So I tell them regular polish and they are charging me 10 to take off the no chip! I've never seen prices like this for any nail salon it's a wonder how people keep coming. I was a client for 2 years, until they started charging for minimal things. Charging extra when I asked to keep my natural nail length, yes they're long but I'm not asking for additional shaping/extras. Recently, I asked for builder gel and chrome. The person who did my nails was sweet but was rushing to do my nails, I had little cuts when I walked out, my nails burned and the skin around my nails looked burned. This is my second experience at the shop. The first time there was amazing. The young lady was so patient and kind while doing my nails and feet, but on this turn, the young lady was also nice and sweet, but the nail polish came off the same night after washing dishes, I returned the next morning talk to the manager, which was so great, and I got my nails redone again by a man which was very Upset and really mean, but he finished the two nails at the polish came off. So the next day is my event and while I'm at the event my nail polish chips again. So I'm thinking wow why is the nail polish? Keep chipping and this is a brand new shop but I'll still give it another try. Because when you get your pedicure, the polish stays on it's just the nails. read more

I've been here. Few times now. First couple times I had two different techs do my pedicure/manicure, but if you request to just have one, they will make it work. The place is very clean and bright. I find the staff to be very friendly and engaging. I once got a dip and one of my nails chipped a few days later, I came back and they fixed it. No problem. The prices beyond anything "regular" are a little pricey, but comparable to all the other places in the general area. Overall, great place and I recommend you to try it if not once, at least twice. read more

I've gone here repeatedly now. I get a no-chip mani and a lavender pedicure. Nice and new, they take their time. Lots of colors to choose from. If you give your phone number and pay in cash, you get points toward rewards. Only two things could use a change...1) they have the tv set to ABC news with the volume down, but do not have the closed captioning on...I wish they would put the closed captioning on, as I don't read lips. 2) sometimes you end up with two different people providing your services. The last few times I had the same person do both my mani and pedi, but the first few times it was two different people. I prefer one person. read more

I've been to this salon twice. I can say the salon is beautiful and you are welcomed warmly by a front desk receptionist. You are quickly attended to and overall they did a good job. The first time I went with my daughter who got a pedicure. The technician filed her nail bed down too short so subsequently days later both of her big toe nails broke. I got a no chop manicure and it held up nicely for 3 weeks. The second time I went I was attended to by a gentleman who it was evident didn't know how to do designs on nails well. He did an ok job but I didn't love my nails. Again, they were very friendly and attentive and got me in and out of there which I appreciated. I will be visiting again however would like to advise them on ensuring the quality matches the overall look, feel, and experience. read more

I had a no chip pedicure done by Uni, she was amazing. I also had a full set manicure done by Maggie, both were fantastic. I had an inspiration picture and they copied it perfectly. I was also offered something to drink while I was getting my nails done. Everyone there was super friendly and I will definitely be recommending this location and going back. read more

The service was great when they first opened but it's not at all like that anymore. I went to get a full set a few days ago and the lady was very aggressive. I think she was in a bad mood and ended up taking it out on me. She gave me the powder instead of Polish and when I asked about it she said something that I didn't understand so I just let it go. I hated my nails and I even ended up repainting them when I got home. I got charged $85 for a short full set when I usually am charged $60. When she said the price I looked at her with confusion but she acted like nothing was wrong. I have no idea why they charged me that when I'm a regular but I don't think I'll be returning. The service just isn't the same and the prices have gotten too high. read more

Great experience! I was a walk-in appointment and the lady at the front desk had me sat down within a few minutes. I had a French dip with tips done. The nail tech took her time on each nail and did wonderful on the French design. The salon was very clean and organized, smelled fresh inside. Would definitely go back. read more

I only gave it 4 stars, not because of the work my tech did, but because they have politics playing on the tv. I don't care to be watching this when I'm trying to enjoy my service. Very cute shop, it has the potential to be a great place to go to. I had a real issue with the lack of sanitizing between clients. Nothing was sprayed down at all. I watched people come in and out getting pedicures and all that was done was the plastic liners were change. Also the manicure water bowls were just ran under water and then put away. I hope it was just an off day and this isn't how they operate normally. As for my personal experience, all of my fingers are tender after my manicure. DO NOT GO HERE! I got my nails done here and throughout the process told the lady I did not like the length or the shape. she ignored me and kept getting irritated with me pointing things out that I didn't like. when my nails were done I told the lady at the desk I hated them. all of them! she still charged me full price, told me I could come back to get the "fixed" and I left. Apparently, "fixed" only meant they would redo one or two nails, that doesn't fix my issue. the whole set was awful. when I returned the following day, I was told they would not redo my nails, AND there was no way of getting a refund. the gentleman working showed me the security footage and said "you never said anything to her about not liking the nails" when I pointed out multiple times in the footage, me telling the lady I didn't like the nails, he tried to gaslight and said "no you're just looking at the nails, everyone looks at the nails." after insisting I either get a refund or a new set, they called the police on me. i was told they never want me to return and honestly, I wasn't planning on it! to sum it all up, if you are unhappy with your nails here and ask for a refund, they will call the police and tell you to never return. little shady if you ask me. read more

I was so excited to go here. I live in the area so I was hoping to make this nail shop my new place for everything nails. Unfortunately, I regretted it! What started very positive with the warm front desk greeting quickly became a negative experience once I was in the chair. The table did not look wiped down after the last client. My nail tech was very unprofessional. Not only did she spend the entire time gossiping and laughing with her coworker- which made me feel very self conscious about my nails but she whipped out the manicure instruments from her desk. They were not in a sanitizing pouch. My lasting impression is not a good one. I look for a clean and professional environment and this place didn't seem to be it for me. read more

I had an awful experience here. I had a pedicure that was mediocre at best and an awful manicure. My cuticles did not get clipped and the polish was old and clumpy. After asking for them to clip my cuticles after Chelsea finished my manicure the owner tried to show me video footage of her clipping my cuticles when that was not what was going on in the video. The proof of my cuticles not being cut was still on my hands. After I tried to respectfully walk out I was yelled at by the owners which resulted in them causing an embarrassing scene. As a waitress I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I thought the customer was always right but I guess not here. read more

Very nice clean salon with good service and quality work. However, it is expensive they charge for take off even if you are receiving the same service such as liquid dip. They also charge for take off on no chip pedicures, which are already 20 dollars extra so to charge more is crazy. I've never been to a salon that charged for take offs if you're repeating the same services. They also do not give an itemized receipt so you don't know exactly what you are charged for. Had a mani-pedi, the girl who took care of me was nice. I asked her not to file down my fingernails as I like to keep them long. She filed them down anyway. I have never had a pedicure that hurt.
