She knew just what I needed when I needed it - offering counterpressure, words of encouragement and solicited advice and education, snacks, water, and recommendations for other professionals in her network that may be able to help me (i.e. chiropractic, pelvic floor therapy, lactation, etc.) With this being my second birth and first with the support of a doula, I can say with confidence that having a birthing team you trust is fundamental for a positive experience. I switched providers and hired a Kirsten at 33 weeks to have the care and support team I wanted, needed, and deserved and I truly believe that had Kirsten not been a part of my birthing team, my VBAC experience would not have been possible (as in, I would have had a cesarean). Celeste continued with making me feel at ease, she was very friendly, easy to talk to, and she explained everything, what she was doing and why. These are a really nice group of people, and I am so glad that I was sent to this location, and to Celeste. Celeste is the best!

They clearly explained my care plan and provided an estimate of the costs upfront. They also accept insurance and submit it on your behalf, which made the process much easier and less stressful. The space itself is beautiful, and you're there for so much more than just an adjustment. There's a dedicated area to stretch and prepare your body beforehand, followed by a calm cool-down zone.
