I came across their website from searching on Google and I'm glad I did. They was prompt. The coordinator for care Dee helped me get a plan together for my mom. Affordable prices, so far we have been with the agency for 4 months and I can say I have always had someone there with my father Excellent customer service, and will explain everything to you so you know what's going on. If you need care in the Columbia and surrounding areas use them. Call and talk to Dee. She sat down and asked us what we could afford and she figured out our hours by what we could afford . Others wanted $45 a hour and gave inadequate care . So remember big name and higher price don't always mean better! You just paying higher price and name.

This may suit your needs if you are a non working person, maybe retired person or yoga mom. This is not the place if you're busy, need help in a reasonable amount of time ... I would say 45 minutes is reasonable. But this place even to go over x-rays was going to take 1.5 to 2 hours. And again they did not accept my PPO from a blue Shield.
