I cut the…read morecompany a bit of slack for years due to all the issues related to the covid but it seems to keep getting worse over the past few years - They have NOT improved their business model. They would NOT let me buy the CPAP machine out right; it had to be through the "rent to own" sketchy deal that they use. Then they told me that if I did not use it EVERY night, they could legally re-possess the device. I work 24 h shifts; some nights I don't get the privilege to sleep for a nice 7-8 hour timeframe. I called my insurance company regarding this and was told by the insurance company that I did NOT need to use it EVERY night under threat of repossession. But the "customer service" representative at Rotech told me that both I and BCBS was wrong. Their billing services has rather sketchy practices; I was billed in Feb 2026 for the supplies that was delivered. I paid that in full and printed the receipt. But then BILLED AGAIN this month. When I called to clarify, it seemed to be with someone who didn't speak English as a primary language. As she tried to transfer me, she disconnected the call. Then I called back and had the questions ultimately answered but the best answer is to AVOID Rotech. You can get most of the supplies on Amazon now. Why deal with their frustration?

They said that he gave them permission to ship. This went on for about 2 months until I had enough and told them to close the account. Even after that, they continued to call him try to get him to approve a shipment! I didn't realize that I had anything from this company until I noticed their name in a list of claims I was looking through on my insurance provider's website. I had a wheelchair dropped off at my home in February while I was still in rehab. They left NO paper work or business card so I just assumed the health system that I was using had sent it. When I noticed that they were still billing my insurance company for 2 months after I stopped using the chair, I called them to see what was going on. Of course their Customer Service is handled by an off-shore vendor which makes it difficult to get them to understand what you are saying and to take it seriously. "Dan" told me, after hearing my complaint, that he would put in a pickup order and notate my account about the fact that there was no paperwork or instructions left when the wheelchair was delivered. HOW IS THAT GOOD BUSINESS? Why are they not calling at least once during the time that someone has a piece of their equipment just to see if the patient is doing ok or needs anything?? I'll tell you why, because they will continue to bill your insurance company until they won't pay any longer and then they will charge you! ROTECH is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER knowingly use this company! EVER!

We purchased a used Bruno SRE-3000 and have it partially installed. We had it operational before installing it. We can't get the charger to go from Red to Yellow or green. And no local stairlift companies will help us because it's a used unit. We really need help, Thank you, Steve & Ginger Huckins Curtis, That would be great as long as you service the Troy area. I just need help, the chair worked great before I took it off the rail to install the rail. I am having the darnest time getting any sort of help. Because it's a used unit. Long story short. Then when I initially put the chair on I did a break a part but I found it on line & replaced it. It was the SRE-30035. Then I put the chair back on the rail with that assembly & the cover off, so I could see and not damage that again. We just moved here and I'm just trying to make it so my wife can access the basement. Thank you, Steve & Ginger Huckins Unfortunately we are located in the Kansas City area and that's outside of our normal service area. However, I'm guessing from what you're telling me that you may have blown the fuse when taking the motor off the rail. If so it's a 5amp mini blade fuse which is located on the carriage of the motor. This fuse can be purchased at just about any auto parts store. Hopefully this information helps you out. Curtis, YES, YES, it was the fuse. Thank you, Thank you A 1000 thank you's.
