I had an appointment with Jaime at 5pm for Botox. This was weirdest appointment Ive ever had. I had…read morea seat in her office and immediately she told me how many units of Botox she wanted to use (69 units), this is just for my forehead and alittle around my eyes. I was in shock as Im a RN and have been getting aesthetic treatments for many many years. I tried explaining to her that from my experience and treatment that I do not need that much, that I respond very well to treatment. She said, "If I dont do it then im not going to treat you" and she started degrading the providers where Ive had botox before by saying what they used was diluted. Her comments were unprofessional and not factual. I said, lets talk about doses (for specific areas). She wanted to administer 25 units in the glabellar muscles, when I specifically told her ive always received 5 units and it works beautifully. She slipped up and stated, Im not making $50 bucks, and then stumbled all over herself trying to correct what she just said. I explained that I wanted more than just the glabellar done but I dont require the amount shes recommending. I asked why I cant have what Im requesting? She stated, you are a walking billboard for me and you either do it my way or not at all AND Im not going to treat you today. I said, wow, this is weird and I stood up out of my chair and wished her a good evening and Merry Christmas. My appointment was at 5pm and by 5:01pm I received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Jaime is very unprofessional and rude. Ive never. in 14 years have I required that much Botox nor has it ever been recommended by the many professionals ive seen: Dr Mike Shin, Specialist ENT and aesthetic physician, Dr. Mark Chin Board Certified Plastic surgeon in Fresno, and Belissima in Bakersfield. Ive had beautiful results and never any complications or required any additional Botox after treatment. This is the only time ever that ive been treated with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism. Later, I requested her to delete my medical record. She responded with, "Your entire profile was cancelled". To clarify I responded to and request my medical record be deleted or destroyed. She responded, "Please dont tell me how my Emar system works". In retrospect, I dodged a bullet. Botox is in fact a medication and should be treated as such and can cause harm if not administed appropriatly, this is why you sign a release to get it. Nurses should NEVER administer more medication than necessary. UPDATE: After reading the owners, Ashley Stater J. AKA: Jaime, response to my review. This in no way reflects the conversation we had. There was no exam, no FDA recommendation, no "we strive to give our clients what they are looking for". If so, I wouldnt be writing this review. It was a FLAT OUT 69 UNITS of Botox, no discussion, no exception. She very aggressively, unprofessionally, and extremely rude stated, it will be 69 units or nothing. As a RN myself, I caution anyone who conforms to any medical treatment that is innappropiate. Botox is medication and is not a one size fits all. And, in fact, if you research the negative outcome of overdosing the muscle with botox it has serious ramifications. Nurses are required to provide treatment that is ethical and safe.

Great place for the most part. I come here for regular acne treatment, chemical peels…read more(complimentary for clients), and mole biopsies. They helped me get rid of my (mostly mild) acne within just a few months. Also, the staff is pretty nice and they are good at answering questions. All of the exam rooms have digital screens that are interactive so you can look up different procedures and skin treatments while you wait for the doctor, which is very interesting. (The images I currently see on this yelp page seem kind of old and don't show them, so I'll have to do a check in the next time I have an appointment.) Usually, the longest part of the appointment is waiting to go into see the doctor, but I typically don't stay for longer than 5 to 20 minutes in the exam room. Despite this, because they're so busy (they are usually booked solid about a month ahead) The wait before you see the doctor can range from 20 to 45 minutes. Overall, I sincerely recommend this place for your dermatology needs.

Dr never explained nothing, just cut and cut. No care instructions given for surgery.. No bedside…read moremanner whatsoever.. I would never go back there or trust any doctors there performing any surgeries.. place reminded me of primitive back door institute...got there at 1pm appointment was 1:30 left at 4:45 waiting room packed with nowhere to sit, overbooked for supposedly two doctors.
