I arrived (lots of parking) and was greeting by Darlene. She was very friendly, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She took me into her facial room where I was greeted by soft music playing, a muffin and a bottled of water. I enjoyed the muffin and the bottled water while I filled out a questionnaire, so she can get to know my skin. The facial was absolutely amazing! My skin felt great. She also waxed my eyebrows. Did a great job! I left there feeling absolutely fabulous. Since then I've been back to have another facial and a massage by Erika. Erika did a great job. Really worked out the knots and customized the massage to really suit my needs. The place is extremely clean and very cozy.. a great place to host a spa party with friends. Next time... Leslie Gong aka The Little Estie: She's really amazing at holistic facials and my fave always feels so much better after I'm done. Originally came for eczema…read moretreatment and after my first visit the doctor "forgot" to send my prescription in and I was completely forgotten for 4 months until my eczema flared up so severely I had to contact them again and ask them to fill it! I went in again in June of 23 and was seen by a PA, Shawn, who was very nice and helped me get started with Dupixent's QuickStart program, as well as an emergency sample to help calm my skin. However, 3 months later I was dropped for some unknown when I moved from Visalia to Exeter even though there had been no change in my insurance. In addition to this I was also unable to fill my normal acne prescriptions as well. I was told the person originally running it moved so that patient volumes had increased and Shawn couldn't see me, no big deal. When asked if they could simply refill my prescriptions over the phone I was told I had to come in (even though I was already approved for the Dupixent in Nov) so instead I booked another appt with Dr. Lutzker who happened to be the next available. I left work early and when I showed up for my appointment I was informed he had left for the day and that the staff forgot to call me and inform me-thanks! Not only did I have to take off work, drive from Exeter to Visalia, but now I had to do it a second time because they forgot to call me?! Fast forward to my appt with Dr. Lutzker. He was incredibly rude and did not once let me speak or inform him of my problems or concerns. It was so bad that even his assistant apologized when he left the room. Not only did he completely disregard my request to fill my prescriptions, but he sent me home with 7 new ones! Why? Why is that necessary when 1) I already informed him I had tried them and they didn't work and 2) I JUST wanted a refill!!! I was told to come back in two weeks and if it didn't work I could have an emergency kenalog shot even though "it is incredibly bad for women." Then why prescribe it to a woman?! Having already received one from a previous doctor at another practice, I had no interest and instead asked for a sample of the dupixent, since I had received one at Luxe prior to getting approved for the medication from my insurance. I was told no. Fast forward to my next appointment with Dr. Lutzker again, and I was informed that I was approved of my prescription back in November, "and why didn't I say so?" I DID! He had just interrupted me so many times I couldn't actually say it! But at least I could finally get some relief and get my shot I knew that worked-or so I thought. So it was sent in to Walgreens for pick up. I drive there to pick up and was informed it was not sent. I called the office and they informed me that they would send it right over so again, I drive across town to Walgreens the next day because it's the only pharmacy that carries it but again, nothing. After going back and forth with them, I was finally put into contact with Devan, their patient coordinator. At this point I feel as though she knows exactly who I am because I have called with so many problems regarding my prescription during the first time when I was trying to get approved. I last spoke to her two months ago and she assured me she would take care of everything and help me get the treatment I need. Since then I have not heard a word. At this point I give up and am going to seek care somewhere else. I work for the state and have the best PPO plan they offer, my insurance is not the problem, this office is. Hopefully they can get their act together soon, a patient shouldn't have to beg for treatment! Posting this review so others can save their time and money and find providers who actually care about their patients.

Anyhoo, I noticed in large Font, a sign in front of the Revision product line read 20% off on Revision Skincare. Well there's small font language underneath that I could not read from my side of the counter & that large 20% discount reads 'only if a customer brings in a toy for Toys for Tots.' Dang I didn't bring a toy so no discount for me. I don't know when I'll be back so I decided to buy the tinted moisturizing sunscreen that I use to buy at the other medSpa in town. I also saw the cutest makeup bag holding 3 Revision products & it's frustrating how prices aren't listed or tagged on the product. That bag with small size products was quoted to me for $175. Yah, not worth the investment IMO. As I look at all the Revision products, none has sticker prices on them. I know they don't come that way, but I've seen this product at other MedSpas & they manually mark the boxes with the price so you're not constantly asking staff "How much is this? And this? What about this one?' Only staff can see the price on their screen like it's some big secret. Not very transparent in my opinion. A different price can be quoted to someone else & there's no recourse because a price list for each product is NOT visible for all to see. Look at the pics if this is something for you. Remember skincare is an investment & one should protect that investment. Do your best to shop around I noticed & read their recent reviews in the last 6mos. Some were great, some not that good & some give the appearance as if they were written so the 1 or 2 stars wouldn't be the first reviews you read. I see one fellow Yelp Eliter put in her review, so thank you, but the rest of the reviews well there's no profile pic & their review activity is few & far in between. You decide.

She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. I've been waxing for a long time so generally it really dose not hurt, but it was painless. I will definitely recommending this place to any and every chic I know! They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.
