Property is clean with TV's and bathrooms, even 2 vending machines and change machines, but would be nice if they had an ATM or a change machine that took credit/debit. Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Best there is in the SOMA area, which is kind of sad, but then again most homes have washer dryers here too.

There's a bill converter right next to the reload screens & an atm as soon as you walk in. I recommend adding your choice of detergent before you start your wash cycle and during, when the "wash" light comes on. This will create more suds and have your clothes smelling really clean. (I've tried many ways to get the best results out of doing my laundry)

Plus I got it back in a day and a half. The lady working there (not sure if she is the owner or not) is really nice. The only downside to the place is that you have to either park in the bank lot next to it, the parking lot across the street, or magically find parking on the residential street next to it. But that little worry is minimal.
