He was on time and up front about the cost... very thorough in his work and my house may have been more difficult than most with the amount of clutter he had to work around and some of the logistical challenges with having an older house. Through the process he showed me some videos and the end result of all of the dust collected throughout the house, and even went the extra step to wash all of the vent & return covers before reattaching them.
