If you have paper work or your kid has home work to work on this laundry warehouse got you cover. They have with chair attached to it that you can utilize. I used their wash and fold services and I also came over to wash and dry some clothes and I do not regret. Greta, the on duty assistant/manager, was there every step of the way to help me out. She is so professional and attentive that she stopped what she was doing to help me and other customers with questions concerns, and went back to complete her task flawlessly. Now this is what we call top of the line customer service. Although the place I leave has laundry machines, I will continue use their services. Once again thanks Greta!

Recently, there have been too many issues with scheduling and delivery. While the washing service was never the best, I chose to continue supporting the business--until now. Earlier this week, I scheduled a pickup, but no one showed up, and I received no communication. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I emailed them to let them know what happened and rescheduled for Wednesday morning. Once again, no one showed up. When I finally called, I was told that no drivers were available. If that was the case, why wasn't there at least a courtesy call or text to inform me? Instead, the person on the phone suggested I just bring my laundry in and wash it myself. If I wanted to do that, I obviously wouldn't be paying for a pickup and drop-off service. When I pointed this out, I was met with silence. At that point, I decided to move on. With a quick search, I found another laundry service in my area that offers pickup and drop-off and scheduled my service with no issues. Hopefully, this new business is more professional! I'm extremely disappointed with Lotus Laundry and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Tried to reach business owner (Agatha) several times by phone with no response at all. What was once a reliable service is now a big problem. I used this service for several years, as a carry over from the earlier owner where it was run well. It's a shame that it's gone down this far. At this point they owe me for a half month of service that was pre-paid and I have no way to reach them. I've NEVER been late with a payment and feel that this treatment is unwarranted.
