First of all, Chris is really down to earth, I trusted him immediately. He also likes to text (my preferred method of communication) and he also followed up with emails. He was super responsive and when we went back and forth a few times, he did not show any impatience. He offered options and suggestions, and when I asked for a recommendation he would pick an option and tell me why. I loved that. His crew is amazing. When they are here to work, they WORK. The complete cleanup of our year, the building of our wall, the filling in with gravel and topping off with stone, the laying in of the cobbles, the creation of an overflow for our sump in the front lawn, etc... could not be happier! They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. He didn't spring any surprises on you, he was on site daily, and made time for me when I had questions. They are a joy to work with and I recommend them to the WORLD! I feel that their prices were very reasonable and Chris was very transparent about the cost of materials. So I could do a quick calculation in my head, and I know that the pricing was fair. If you need any kind of work done, run to the phone or computer and call or email him! You won't got wrong!!

I have an 11k sq ft yard and I was ready to spend whatever it took to get my yard looking its best. I had a 3 pm appt and at 2:59 I received a call that he was waiting on some loam so could he move it to 5:30-6:30...I said sure no problem. When he arrived what I met was the most rude rep. I couldn't believe how abrasive he was from the get-go.... He starts off by insulting things around my yard saying "whoever did it did it wrong' and you need to get this replaced (fairly new walkway)... Which would not have ruffled my feathers...I like direct feedback. He said do you want this done and I said can you tell me what the cost would be and I can tell you, but let's look at everything and we can come up with a plan once I know how this works... I guess he didn't like that and said well I'm not going to WASTE MY TIME and go through everything if you aren't going to do the services....Whoa buddy...SMH I was stunned and said "are you sure you want to say that to me?" I couldn't believe it... First of all, I never said that I wasn't getting service done and it was literally only a few minutes after his arrival. Are we supposed to start signing every dotted line right when you walk up. Like what??? What I can say is I not only was willing to pay thousands for this work, but I specialize in the home industry and have clients every day that need these services. I really admired the work I saw around town from this company, but I will never ever use or recommend this company due to the experience I just had. If I recommended them and he talked to my client like that I would be horrified.... You don't talk to people like that. I don't know if you think we the customers are beneath you, but you should have the decency to at least take 5 minutes to go over the process. Needless to say, I said "You know what I wont waste your time. This conversation is over." and he said Are you serious? lol YES, I am very serious. I don't need to be spoken to like that and there are thousands of other companies I will be happy to give my business and my clients' business to who will speak to me with respect. I was patient and professional and I am so very disappointed in my experience. That was completely unnecessary. Business is business but it starts with building rapport and for that you get an F! This service person was not anyone in your website in leadership so perhaps he isn't a fit because from what I know you guys have a great reputation.
