They act very put out to answer any questions and even during checkout! It was very clean and organized, which is the only reason to bump this to 2 stars. Better to spend your time elsewhere for now, hopefully they will learn and improve for future sales.

When we went to pay for it, Lashonda asked for the price and we told her. She immediately copped an attitude, and said we were wrong about the price. It felt to us like she was accusing us of trying to lie to her. We asked if she'd walk to the rack with us so she could see the similar jackets, none with individual prices, but the walk of about 20 feet was too much for her and she put her hand to her eyes and sighed that no, we were just wrong, and the jacket was at least $50. So my husband put it back, while pleasantly offering to move the jacket to the correct location. Lashonda said no, basically just leave it there so others could undergo the same deliberately rude treatment from her. What's funny is, if she had politely said, "I am so sorry, it looks as if that jacket was marked incorrectly, let me fix this and I take the blame since this is my sale, my responsibility," we would gladly have paid the higher price. But rude, dismissive, lazy, disrespectful treatment is what we got instead. We're dedicated estate sale shoppers, and there are plenty of good companies with great staff to conduct your estate sale. Any unbiased viewer will see that my comment is entirely factual; and your response is fabricated to make you look good. The way to look good is to apologize sincerely to me, my husband and the people who hired you to run the sale. Also, just to be clear: I am in sales, public service in general. I don't run estate sales, never have and never will. So I know what decent customer service needs to be, and as those who watch the video will see, that's not what Lashonda provides. Many items are priced as if they're brand new/current models, which already makes the experience frustrating. The final straw was at a recent sale where I picked up an item that was individually priced. When I went to check out, I was told the "pricer messed up" and that it actually had to be sold as part of a random "set" with several unrelated items that had no business being grouped together. What made it worse was seeing other pieces of this supposed "set" already sitting at checkout, meaning other customers had apparently been turned away from buying those individually priced items too , yet nothing had been corrected on the floor. It's not only frustrating for customers, but honestly feels like a disservice to the people hiring them to run these sales. After multiple bad experiences, I'm done wasting my time. I'm glad I came to look at all the bad reviews which only empowered my feelings even more to never go back.

I had found several kitchen items that had not even been bothered to be paired up with the right accessories. Things were just all over the place with prices that you could just get off the factory floor if you would want to get it brand new and not used. When I went to check out with a few things I found to purchase, the woman taking money had crab rangoon all over her fingers and in the corner of her mouth just eating away like that was not gross at all, yuk! I had wondered if she was going to even wipe her hands off before handling my debit card. When showing that I was going to pay with my debit card I was prompted that the person forgot "the swiper thingy" & could not even accept my payment. No sale and I walked away fucking disappointed as hell.
