Hours are 11 AM to 5 PM-- FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY. Not only is there a small house filled w/ merchandise, but step outside under the carports to browse the large quantity of additional merchandise. What might you discover? They also have another shop that is part of their group of shops in Dade City that is close to the Green Door on 8th Street. It is just a few down. They tell you if you can't find what you are looking for at Two Krazy Chicks to go to Two Ole Hens Too. Two Ole Hens is their other store in San Antonio. At Two Krazy Chicks, they also have different crafty classes you can attend. They hold them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They have door hangers signs, wood crafts, porch leaners and range from $35-$65. That information can be found on their FB page. This is a great store to check out where it's a bunch of crafters who bring their crafts to sell, so it's definitely something different everytime, and it's dog friendly. They also have parking in front of the store and on the street.

Now they bring in local vendors to fill their shelves with all kinds of great stuff. Diff antiques, art, jewelry, house wares. You name it They have a newer garden center outside with great plants and flowers. Also the tea shop that has always been there is so pretty with an expanded patio and picturesque pond view with flowers. Everything is quite lovely here and the people who work here are so friendly and welcoming. They have a spring soirée on Saturday April 26 from 5-9 PM. I'm sure it will be a stunning and beautiful event.

The section near the front door has some interesting finds, though pricing can be a bit high relative to condition. Even so, I did manage to pick up a few items I had been looking for at reasonable prices. The deeper section inside the store is where I had the best luck, with a much better mix of selection and value. There is a lot to go through, and I ended up making a second trip back just to finish digging through everything I wanted to explore. I came away with several great vinyl finds on both visits. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very personable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Free parking right by the front entrance is another added benefit, especially since street parking in the area is metered during weekday business hours. I also noticed they have a large selection of comic books, which may be of interest if you enjoy collecting those as well. If you enjoy digging for records and don't mind spending time searching, Lloyds of Lakeland is definitely worth a stop.

Because there are many merchants represented here, the pricing can be extraordinarily inexpensive in some stalls while a bit overpriced in others. But overall, the pricing is pretty fair. I love looking through each stall and finding little treasures you just can't find anywhere else. On this trip, I found what I was looking for - a milk glass pedestal bowl - but it was a little overpriced compared to the previous thrift shop I had seen it at, so I passed on it. But my favorite time to shop at the Mercantile is just before the holidays. They always have such lovely and unique gifts for my family and friends (and myself). The staff at the cash register are always so friendly and pleasant. And they make the experience even more delightful.

I walked into this store today right before 4pm, they close at 5. I began looking at clothes and…read morefound some items I wanted to try on. The employee in the store watched me browse and pick out these clothing items, yet it wasn't until I walked toward her to try the items on that she rudely told me "You can't try those on. No one can try anything on this close to closing" I told her she just lost my business and I went to put the clothes back although I wanted to throw them in a pile in the middle of the floor due to her hateful and slothful attitude. She said she didn't care she was losing business. After I put the clothes away, I walked over to the door of the fitting room to see if there was signage regarding the closing of the fitting rooms. The sign on the door said the fitting room closes 30 minutes before closing and I approached her 40 to 45 minutes to closing and it would have taken me no longer than 15 minutes to try the items on. After reading these signs I pointed out what the signs on the fitting room doors said and she said "Well I don't control that my managers don't want anyone in there after 4:00" I suggested she tell her managers to change the signs on the fitting room to comply with this rule and she snapped, "oh I will. I'll just tell them to take them down" You have completely lost my business, and based on other reviews, plenty of other customers' business due to a similar attitude problem with employees. If you can't treat customers with respect and decency, I hope you receive the consequences of the business you will lose
