We had been discussing throughout the massage that my knee is injured (Torn meniscus, arthritis, no cartilage) and that I couldn't fully straighten it without discomfort. At the very end, after she wrapped my feet in warm towels, she grabbed my leg and pulled ( traction) and it really hurt. I yelped out loud. She just sort of left the room. It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. I'm a long time massage therapist and I would never have treated a client that way. Very disappointing to pay all that $$ and leave upset. I really enjoy the wellness lounge, though. That was the best part of the experience.

How can you not see a scab over a hemangioma? I asked her to look at some bumps between my breasts, and she looked so fast and said milia, how can you know that by a quick one second look, not exaggerating! I was surprised as this happened previously and when I went in for service the doctor said, oh no, you shouldn't pay a deposit, you are a regular! Today I was told I needed to pay a deposit and mentioned how this already happened and the doctor said I don't have to pay, but apparently they have a new policy, and she said I had to put down a deposit. I don't want to pay for a service until it's rendered and will find another place in the valley. I also do want to say Beth and Amy are amazing and I will miss seeing them.
