When I spoke to their managers in Las Vegas office, they were totally useless with full of excuses. According to the tracking number, my package (over$1,000 value) should have been delivered 5 days ago, however it still says "out for delivery". Their first excuse was that I did not answer the phone when they wanted to deliver....the delivery term was "no appointment or signature required", so why does it matter? Very silly. The second excuse was that they did not have space left on the truck after they confirmed to me the new date. Why do you confirm a new date when you have no capacity? Totally unacceptable. Absolutely do not use this service. If you're ordering something from Target or Walmart and you see it's been updated with EFW as the shipping partner, CANCEL YOUR ORDER RIGHT AWAY. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT. Their phone service is non-existent - as in it rings forever or it disconnects after two rings. Then you're told to chat online with someone. My shipment was originally scheduled to arrive on the 1st. After arranging my schedule so I'd be home that day, the rep on their chat service confirmed it wasn't coming. They reassured me that my couch wouldn't need a signature so no need for me to be around after I said that I had taken off that day and it's frustrating for it not to arrive on time because I have to ask to take off again. I told them that I live in an apartment building so yeah, I need to be home because I have to let you in and it has to be brought to the door of my individual unit, per EFW's and Target's service descriptions. What, are they just going to leave it on the sidewalk until I get home? And then I'm going to be SOL...trying to bring up a couch that weighs the same amount as me to my unit? Rep said they didn't know and she'll tell them to make an appointment in this case. I have an apartment unit number in my address - it should be obvious that you can't just leave an item that size in the apartment lobby of most places of America, especially when the delivery service promised is to the individual unit. The only update I had was that it was picked up on the 23rd and I have no idea where it was picked up from. They told me it was picked up from Atlanta. Interestingly enough, after I spoke to the rep, the status changed to October 1st - Arrived at Origin City - Atlanta. So in eight days it hadn't moved at all - it was in Atlanta the entire time and I'm in NY. And they only updated it after I chatted with them. Chatted online with them again today and they reassured me it's arriving tomorrow. I know it's not because no appointment has been scheduled with me and the location is still listed as Atlanta. Like many of the other reviews here, I took time off of work for a scheduled delivery that showed up 4 days later than it was supposed to. Reaching out to their support line is an absolute waste of time. This company feels super scummy and dangerous. I filed complaints against them with Sam's Club as well as the BBB. It should be noted that I rarely go out of my way to leave a negative review about a company, but this company was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Had a couch delivered from Target. I'm disappointed with your service. Not only were we not informed once the product had been delivered, but my delivery instructions were completely disregarded. The merchandise was left at the wrong address and then rained on for several hours before we knew it had been delivered. We had to find a way to get it to our unit by borrowing a neighbor's dolly. What is the point of sending an email preceding delivery and asking us to provide instructions if your delivery team completely ignores them? Your terms say that for apartments you'll deliver the merchandise to the unit's door. We weren't even requesting that, just that it be left inside the building at the correct address. Instead it was left outside a different building, with no attempt to contact us despite leaving clear instructions and my phone number should any issues arise. So I ordered from Target and this is the company they chose. I would say my delivery came earlier than expected so that was good. The bad: They missed the drop-off deadline and did not call or leave a message. I had to call them to wonder what happened? Like maybe someone stole it or something. The good. The agent assured me that the item did not come yet that they will deliver the next day and that he will call me and leave me a message if needed. A second appointment was scheduled. Guess what? No one came! The first time he called the person told him they were having trouble because of covid. THEN DONT OFFER TO SHIP THINGS FOR MAJOR COMPANIES LIKE TARGET AND WALMART. They obviously can't handle the amount of stuff coming through. Worst experience ever! My delivery got stuck at their end, nobody ever contacted me for delivery and I was told I should call them to schedule a delivery date - 3 weeks after I placed my order! I called their stupid customer service, after a long waiting, the customer service person picked up the phone for 5 sec, and then put me on hold again, and again. After the long waiting for three times, they said they couldn't locate my order, maybe my order doesn't belong to their department, they will transfer me to another department. Then, surprise! Instead of transferring me directly, they put me back to the main menu, and asked me to choose the department again - how should I know??? I would just choose the same department and start the super long waiting again. Finally I called Walmart and Walmart just replaced my order. And I just told Walmart please don't use this garbage delivery company any more. No one should use this garbage! They might just steal our stuff and ignore our questions, who knows. The most ridiculous and scammy-feeling shipping I've ever experienced. Ordered a pool from Walmart with a delivery date of 6/9. Took the day off work to ensure we were home for it. Got a notice in the evening that it had been delivered, but was nowhere to be found. Then got an email from "USPS" saying a delivery attempt was made at our home but the address was "incomplete" and included a link to change our address that also wanted our credit card information. We opted not to because we knew there was nothing wrong with our address and later found out it's a scam. Funny how that scammer knew a package was expected that day and that it did not get delivered. Makes you think of how they got that information, but goes along with how questionable this entire shipping process was. Called customer service for Walmart and they basically said it was lost in transit. This thing is too heavy to just "lose" and even if that were possible, these reviews make it clear this company "loses" far more packages than they deliver on time by a long shot. We were told to wait until 6/12 to request a refund. Pool magically showed up 6/13 and the box was in horrible shape and looked like it had been taped back together with multiple shipping labels on it. Our shipping info stated it was coming from the opposite direction as the labels and invoice indicated, which goes along with the other reviews here that this company just has no idea where their packages are. Had two different orders for patio furniture and they reached the same port on the same day. Both had a delivery date for Tuesday March 15th. Mind you, they give you an 8 hr delivery window so being that I live in an apartment building which doesn't allow for such a big box to sit in front of a door for a whole day, I made arrangements to have someone at my house so deliverers could bring past the front door. When only one item comes on that Tuesday, I knew this was just the beginning of a mess. The other package status still says out for delivery but when I call to find out where the other package is, no one has an answer until Wednesday. So I get an email on Wednesday saying it will be delivered today but now I don't have someone at my house and I'm at work. I asked if they could call me before coming - they say yes. Without a call as requested, I get a call from the gate- delivery is here and I'm not home but I let him in anyway. I'm thinking he can drop it off, I run home, put package in house and go back to work. Get home, nothing is in front of my door so I call to find out where my delivery is. Again no one has answers. Find out after several calls and at the end of the day that driver couldn't find building so he left. Status still says out for delivery while no one can give me an answer as to when they will re attempt delivery. Here we are Friday and without a call he's here again to redeliver and although this patio furniture is in a huge, heavy box, he has no dolly or anything to bring my purchase to my door...What in the entire......?!?!? I ordered a large egg chair for my patio and I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to deliver right to my door because I live in a new apartment complex. So I called their customer service line and was connected to an agent in less than five minutes. I shared my concerns with him and he called the driver to see where and when they would deliver my item. Almost an 30 minutes before the scheduled time he arrived to my door! I was truly so relieved and he was kind. I was able to unbox it at my door and never even needed to bring the cardboard inside. My item arrived was in pristine condition. I received a delivery from SAMS club - they were supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival and did not. WHen they showed up they said they couldn't put the items in the backyard they were only allowed to put them at the nearest "threshold". Evenutally they agreed to put them in the backyard but had to use a motorized lift because the items were too heavy. I am not sure how customers are supposed to move things if it requires heavy duty equipment. When my items were not assembled as per my order I got frustrated and the guys told me they would not unload my items unless I adjusted my attitude. They kept saying they were a third party and all they do is drop off. Many of boxes were damaged and we were told this isn't as bad as some of the items they delivered earlier. UPDATE from post below made on 8/7/24... Filed a complaint with the BBB and in a short time received a call from someone with EFW. He advised that he was very sorry to hear of the situation and that he wanted to make it right. He told me he would arrange for his company to come back and pick the shed up. The shed sat where the original guys dropped it, half in my driveway and half in my front yard until 8/23 when Sam's Club sent their shipping company to pick it up. EFW is the absolute WORST shipping company I have ever had to deal with. NEVER AGAIN!!! They wouldn't even get a half star from me if I didn't have to choose a star to submit my review. Ordered a shed a few weeks ago. Was suppose to be delivered Aug 2. Aug 2 came and went...no delivery. Last notification from EFW, the shitty shipping company, is that the item reached the destination city. No out for delivery notification, no phone call from the delivery driver with an estimated ETA as stated on the EFW invoice, nothing. So this 450 lb. package was just dropped off this morning. No knock on the door so I could get my vehicle out of the driveway or so I could ask them to drop it at the back of my driveway. They dropped it half in my driveway and half in my front yard. I am not able to get out of my driveway without driving into the neighbor's yard to get around this thing. Now, if you know me, you know I've contacted EFW to have them come back and make this right and even though I paid $400 to have this delivered, they say they fulfilled their job requirement and refuse to send these delivery people back to my house. The lady in customer service, who could not speak good understandable English by the way, eventually hung up on me when I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else because she wasn't able to do anything more than blow smoke up my ass. I'm not the type of person to write negative reviews, but I have no choice but to warn others of this nightmare experience. I was shocked at the complete lack of competence and care the EFW movers took when delivering my treadmill from Horizon. I specifically sought out a treadmill that I could pay extra for in-home delivery, as I am on 2 weeks bed rest and cannot do any heavy lifting myself. I thought $120 was a small price to pay to negate the inconvenience of dealing with moving the treadmill myself. Boy was I wrong! When they arrived, the 2 EFW movers dragged the treadmill box from my front door all the way to the basement door across the entryway hall. The damaged box had a hole in it with staples sticking out, which gouged my hardwood floor the length of about 4 feet. The movers did not lift the box until they got to the basement door. Lifting the box--as OPPOSED TO DRAGGING IT ACROSS MY FLOOR--would have prevented this whole incident. This is the exact reason I paid for professionals--to LIFT the box. Not to mention there was a complete lack of accountability or apology. When I pointed to the scratches on the floor (with my mouth wide open), the only response I got from the mover was "EFW will reach out to you." Yeah... I'm not holding my breath! Now, I'm left with the nightmare of finding a contractor to quote and repair my floors. This involves refinishing my entire 1st floor. Even IF EFW pays for this--which they have not established anything yet--this is a HUGE inconvenience. After an already horrible year, this is the last thing I need to be dealing with. I ordered a treadmill from Horizon, from order being placed to being delivered to my door by EFW was about 9 days. Delivery was great, I got a call on a Tuesday to set up a delivery for that Friday between 10-2pm. On Friday at 1215pm I got a call they were 15 minutes away. Ordered a 65" LG TV online (per the advice of in-store employee) from Walmart for 485 dollars. The original delivery date was advertised as next day. After submitting the order, the delivery date gets changed to one week later. I decided to give them a chance and wait. Delivery date arrives and TV is not delivered. I called Walmart to cancel and receive a refund. They said I had to wait 48 hours to see if the carrier will follow through and recommended calling EFW to confirm delivery. I called EFW and confirmed delivery for the next day. Next day goes by, no TV. Called EFW and they said it was delayed one more day. Next day comes..... TV arrives.... DAMAGED. Called Walmart for a refund and they said they won't give me one until the TV is returned to the warehouse. They're probably going to use EFW again which is a scary thought considering how miserable the first round was. read more

The 2 gentlemen who delivered my treadmill were completely transparent from the first interaction. They led the delivery expectations conversation with complete detailed information. I knew exactly what to expect and what the required from me after that first call. They set a delivery date and time and kept that time. The called before to make sure the time/date still worked. The called 15 min before arriving to let me know they were arriving and it was right in the middle of the window they set a couple days before. The experience was exactly as described in the first phone call. They were professional and courteous. They set the machine up explained how it worked (basics of on/off, folding/lowering) and took the packaging with them when they left. Great experience, Great guys! read more

They updated my shipment showing out for delivery yet never showed up. I knew my new desk was due to be delivered but I never received a call. When my German Shepherd started doing his big boy bark I figured it was my desk. Note, I live up a VERY steep driveway, and by the time I got downstairs to see if it was my delivery I saw a man walking back down my driveway with his hand truck. He didn't call to see if I could come down and get it, which I would have. He simply pushed my 70 pound desk up my steep driveway. If I could give negative stars I would. I had a 630 lb gun safe to be delivered to any room in my home. First EFW sent one person to try and deliver that heavy of a safe and had asked me to help. When delivering it they damaged several items in my home and I was more than fair requesting a refund for some of the things not including me having to help deliver. After submitting a claim they state after several weeks that they completed their investigation and that the delivery driver specifically asked me not to help which is completely opposite as I have witnesses that can show differently. After requesting several times their statutory agent they refuse to respond as I will be filing a small claims suit against them. Never use this company for anything. read more
