Stephanie and her husband Victor were a GODSEND! I needed an International power of attorney for Mexico, AND I needed it to be translated. She was very friendly, responded very quickly. I had sent her and her husband the letter, and her husband (who is a lawyer, familiar with Mexican law as well) proofread the document, told me what to add and what to take out, and even made sure it had all the correct LEGAL language! He also translated the document for me at a VERY LOW price, I was super thankful I found this pair! Since it was international, I also had to get an apostille, and she drove to Los Angeles to get it done. She even waited in a very long line, and she did not charge much at all! I couldn't believe what a deal I was getting, it was like a one-stop shop! She was very COVID-prepared as well, had the mask and hand sanitizer and all that, and asked us to mask up as well (which we happily obliged). Stephanie is also EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the processes I had to go through, which was so amazing because I was so lost about everything, I had never done this before! I'm not someone that gets a lot of things notarized, so I had no idea how this process goes. Luckily I found Estevez Mobile Notary. I was planning on going to the UPS store, but they did not have a notary rep available when I could get down there. So that's when I looked into a Mobil notary. I contacted Estevez Notary through Yelp and through the phone number listed on their Yelp page. I received a response to both within ten minutes. I was given a quote for the service, which was $30.00 for the first signature and then $15.00 for each additional, and then set up a time to meet. On that date and time, they pulled up, introduced themselves, explained the process and notarized my documents. The whole exchange was very pleasant, and handled very quickly. It was also nice to have someone come to me. My wife was even given a gift, which was a pen. Ha. All in all, the service was perfect, fast, and friendly. You do pay a little more to have them come to you, but that was a fair price to make it so easy. Again, I'm not one to get much stuff notarized, but if I do, I'm going with these guys! read more

I was looking for a mobile notary service that would be available as it was a Sunday and the rest of the week I have no time to go to an office. I was also working this day and I needed a consent form notarized as soon as I got off. I found Stephanie on Yelp and gave her a call. Sure, as stated in the previous review, she did not answer right away, however, Stephanie could've been with a client at the time and possibly was unavailable.... BUT her VOICEMAIL MESSAGE did indicate that we could text. So instead of leaving a voicemail I decided to text her. Response time was quick and within 5-10min. Which was pretty awesome and a plus plus in my book. We were able to set up a meeting around 5:30pm. Travel fee is to be expected as this service is for a mobile notary. With that in mind, if your a local in the long beach area, travel fee is at good price. Stephanie has given us awesome service. I was comfortable around her and she also has a positive vibe swirling around her. I highly recommend her for your notary services. Where should I begin.. today I contacted this business and Stephanie and I agreed to meet at my residence at 7:30 p.m. she was very friendly over the phone she asked if she could bring a new guy along so she could show him on hands training as the person she was bringing along was new. I agreed, Well at about 7:07 p.m I received a call from an unknown number it was Stephanie explaining her phone had died and to provide her with my address. She indicated she was calling me from her husband's phone. 7:30 p.m came and went 7:40, 7:48 p.m I text the number from where she called me, several times. I even called and there was no answer no replied. I was very and am very disappointed of the lack of communication and response. It's now 8:23 pm no Stephanie no response no nothing. I needed a document notarized, my mother was not in good health so going anywhere was out of the question.
