She is really sweet and informative and she helped me pick which lashes would fit best with my eyes. I got there at 2 o'clock and I was done by 2:45, this salon is pretty big very clean and the service was great. I'm so glad I found Zoe. I'm definitely coming back from my refills. Parking is easy because it shares a lot with other Stores in the plaza. Services are price very fairly as well. So happy I found this lash shop and it's closer to my house.

My boyfriend brought me here because my face was red and sensitive in the flare up areas. He has been coming here since 2021 and his skin looks amazing. When I first came I was starting to see texture and kinda rough patches on my face/cheeks. I started seeing Satik to help manage those flare ups. Her treatments helped my skin so much. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.

I love my lashes full and long, and was not satisfied with how the other places were doing them. Brandy was so friendly and easy going. The time seemed to pass quickly while she was working on my lashes. And the best part ... once she was finished, I was blown away with how my lashes looked! So full, long and dramatically beautiful. The reason why my lashes look sparse in my inner and outer corner of my eye is because Sunny never placed any lashes there even though i could clearly see my natural lashes. Also I was never referred to her by any other lash place. I was fooled by her ratings on Yelp and I wrote my review to help anyone who might have considered going there. Sunny even said my lashes were healthy during the time of the service. She did not refuse to put on 14 or 15, as Julie falsely stated in her infuriating response. In fact, the other lash place I went to afterwards put them on without a problem. Wow Julie, you completely mishandled a customer service situation and you try to rectify it by lying your way through. You made yourself completely unavailable until the time for a fill and then kept trying to charge me for a really bad service. Shame on you!
